Due to account management in particular by Mel, the great service and efforts to assist us when other external parties had been difficult was massively appreciated in our recent move and on-going when helping in different matters.
There was an instance in which viewings had been agreed and then miscommunication with keys on Bramleys behalf so initially unable to access the property - which was a frustrating but every effort made by the individual showing the property to resolve; which he managed to do eventually.
