“A nieghbor and I started an informal bourbon society that has about 9 members now. We make sure to have a full meeting every new release. We have had to deal with Bobby and the team on a few occasions, the support is amazing and the passion of everyone at blind Barrels is outstanding. The samples are great and have led to more than a few purchased bottles.”

“This is a review for the third box of 2024, Release XI, Legends of the Fall (I'm feeling like a rewatch of a certain flick now). The progression of this autumnal flight was really well-staged. As a rule, the style of #1 isn't for me, but I'm glad I experienced it. #2 into #3 is my jam, and I plan to buy a bottle of #3...no spoilers for what it is. And #4 was an excellent capper. I dug this flight of whiskey!”

“I've tried a couple whiskey tasting memberships and this is far and away the best experience. Really unique whiskeys, and quarterly live tastings to walk you through what you're trying and where it's from. This is the next best thing to going to a distillery. You get that level of information. Fantastic.”

“My friend got me a sub for my birthday, and we were both excited when the email came, notifying me that the first sample had been shipped. We got together a couple of days after it arrived, and mutually felt that the box was elegant, without being pretentious. The bottles were a great shape, and each contained enough whiskey to for us to split. As we tasted, it was fun trying to guess grains, mash bills and proofs. Not all 4 were winners, but there were a couple that I could see adding to my collection. Overall, the experience has been great, and I lam looking forward to the next sampler.”

“My husband and I recieved a year subscription as a wedding present last year and enjoyed it so much we renewed it for our one year anniversary and just celebrated with the "Legends of the Fall" box this week! We love having date night with the zoom tastings, it's a fun experience being able to explore the whiskeys with everyone else. Every box has had something we've really enjoyed. It's a blast tasting all the different types of whiskeys that we'd never be able to find in our area, or would want to commit to buying a full bottle of before trying. The samples are large enough that both of us get enough to taste. They've always shipped promptly and safely. There's an oppertunity to buy a full bottle of any of the samples at a great price. The guys at Blind Barrels are fun to listen to, knowledgable, and open to input and suggestions of craft distilleries from their subscribers, which makes it feel more like a community of whiskey lovers than anything else.”

“WE LOVE BLIND BARRELS! What a great idea Blind Barrels is! We've learned so much about whiskey and now enjoy it rather then just "drinking". I highly recommend getting a subscription and getting one for someone you know who loves whisky too!”

“I’m a big fan of Blind Barrels! My wife got me a subscription for Christmas in 2022, and I’ve continued it after the first year expired. The company provides awesome service and goes above and beyond in any experience I’ve had contacting them. It’s so interesting to try all these new whiskeys and the Zoom call tastings are a lot of fun. Definitely give it a try.”

“I've been doing the quarterly tasting kits since the 2nd offering. The range of whiskey profiles and variety of smaller craft distilleries is outstanding. The effort and thought put into each kit is monumental and shows through. I tell anyone who'll listen about Blind Barrels and highly recommend getting in on this!”

“I would highly recommend Blind Barrels. It's a fun take on a spirit that has become riddled with brand enthusiasts. It takes you to a place where brands and labels do not matter. It's a true blind tasting, and you get to try and buy some of the most unique bourbons. It's fun, and the BB team is knowledgeable and super fun to interact with on their online tastings.”
