Ken and Tommy fitted our wardrobes and they were excellent. They kept us informed about where they were up to and asked us whether it was ok for them to work late. The furniture was high quality and we are very happy with the job done and would not hesitate to recommend to friends B79690

Shambles don't turn up when they say they will. Left unfinished for months. Surveyor got measurements all wrong so had to cut the kitchen down. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Let's start by saying that I love my kitchen and it was installed beautifully by Mick and Dave. They definitely had an eye for detail and went above and beyond with the job they did. Then let me add the however, there were a few issues. The designer came around and was a lovely man and I was happy with the design he helped us chose. Then, not that I was aware, the "issues" began when the surveyor came around and missed a few problems. Things like the fact that we wanted an extractor fan to be ducted outside, he wrote it on the plans but failed to spot that where the wall needed to be broken through had a lintel and therefore couldn't be done. Also, he then didn't include the correct ducting kit or a piece that should have joined the extractor to the wall units. Then he missed a difference in the width of the room from one end to the other end. Fortunately, Mick and Dave remedied it, but they had an awful job correcting this, having to move the units away from the wall to accommodate the incorrect measurements. He didn't price the job correctly so the fitters had to sort things with their head office. We were never provided with a virtual computer image showing how the finished kitchen should look. Neither were the fitters. The splashback I ordered to match the worksurface was no longer available so I was offered a replacement that was different and did not match free of charge, very honourable but completely missing the point of continuing the worktop up the wall don't you think? I then had to choose a replacement for both without actually seeing them before they were delivered. The kitchen was delivered assembled, not flat packed, 11 days before it was due to be installed but we weren't told this and had to accommodate it, 2 tons in weight, according to the delivery firm, and this wasn't the first time they'd experienced this problem. No advice was given or offered to assist with skip hire for the removal of our old kitchen and all of the waste. We were offered a hippo bag but who knows what that is or what to do with one. Very poor communication for an organization that was getting a substantial amount of money from me. It seems like the company was happy to take my money but once they knew they had it, that's all they were interested in. Only the quality of the kitchen and fitting have made me happy. Thanks Mick and Dave. You certainly earned your pay last week.

Betta Living did not make me happy at all from the wrong measurements when surveyed to the re ordering of units to the waiting time to finish the job off and not forgetting the plaster work which we are still waiting to be rectified 3 months later. NOT IMPRESSED with your customer service at all when trying to claim money back for the taps that were not right and ended up buying and fitting my own. No one has even bothered to contact me to see if everything was satisfactory after completion. (WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Betta Living)

B79344 excellent service, Gary the fitter was really nice and was a joy to have working on my house made some really good suggestions on the day to help make the wardrobes looked good and fitted perfectly.

New bedroom fitted nicely into a small room with awkward features. Fitter was very helpful & understanding & did a neat & tidy job in a relatively short time. Ref. B79816.

From the start when we visited the showroom in Warrington and was greeted by Rose then to Tony the designer, dealing with the guys in the office namely Stuart and Karen and finally Don, Ken and Tommy who fitted the furniture,the quality of their work was second to none, (great guys) we cannot give enough positive comments. We had two bedrooms fitted and the quality of the furniture and the quality of the staff is exemplary. This is the first time we have ever wrote a review but because of the faultless experience we both felt strongly about doing this. We have already recommended Betta Living and would not have a second thought about continuing to do so. Thank you to you all.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Not only will I not purchase my kitchen from you but I will look elsewhere for my office and bedrooms as well. We were told the appointment would take 2hrs - he was there for 5 and would not leave until in the end I had to insist he left my house. When I queried why the price was so much more compared to your website and what I could get elsewhere I was told that of course I could get a cheaper kitchen elsewhere but he wanted his commission!. What is worse is that he bragged to my partner how he is always asked to leave the house by women, as though this was a laughing matter. You should be ashamed to have this man as a representative of your company. I will be making a formal complaint!

The company put 4 bathrooms in mother in laws house and completely ripped her off but that's a different story. 3 of them can't be used and they refuse to do anything about it! Stay clear!

Our kitchen fit was a shambles from start to finish and now we are getting no response from the customer service team. I have sent multiple emails having been advised someone would contact me and that has not happened. The only way to get a response appears to be commenting on here. So on that basis Lesley please response to one of the emails that I have sent you or provide me with the details of someone who will.

From the moment we walked into the showroom to the completion of our fitted wardrobes today in 2 bedrooms the customer service has been excellent. Can not rate this company highly enough, nothing has been 2 much trouble and the fitting team of Ken and Tommy were outstanding.

Excellent quality kitchen but was quite a wait for it to be fitted and there was a mix up with my address and where kitchen was to fitted as this was my dad's address that caused some problems that would have been better avoided.

We got a new kitchen fitted in August 2015, amazing job... BUT something went wrong within 12 months with one of the panels fitted near the sink... and that's when customer service became non existent. Having received the parts in a timely way I have spent the best part of 6 weeks chasing for a date for the fitter to confirm an appointment. Customer service is rubbish, no one knows what's going on and I am having to repeat myself every time. I am still waiting for a call...

The units are good quality. The kitchen fitter was super-human amazing! However, he wasn't able to finish because Betta Living do not provide tiles and a tiler. I contacted 7 tilers but only one called back - he came looked and never returned! I wasn't able to get the tiles off the wall before the fitter came - me and my partner had a go and after he hurt himself we gave up. Thankfully the fitter took them off for me. I have now managed to find a tiler and if I'm lucky he can fit me in in November. So my kitchen is only 70% finished and I wish I had used a company that included tiling.
