“The sundried tomato ketchup, pesto, bbq sauce and thai curry pastes have all been great. Even members of the family who aren't following the low FODMAP have said the ketchup is the best they have ever tasted!”

“Fodmap diet would have been extremely difficult without Bay's Kitchen. Home cooking is vital to enable you to follow this way of eating and their stir in sauces are very tasty and of a high standard. I am now following a gluten and dairy free diet and continue to use Bay's Kitchen to support this and I find them flavoursome and enjoyable.”

“Nice company to deal with and the products are very nice. I can't eat 'ordinary' gravy powder so use Bay's Kitchen Vegetable or Chicken jars to make my own gravy with the addition of some cornflower and water.”

“BAY’s THE BEST Best customer service ever. This small cottage kitchen company has restored my faith in the British society. They go out of the way to help. I made a mistake with my address and they could not have tried harder to sort it out. This, on top of creating sauces that are IBS and FODMAP friendly. Having easy to follow recipes and at the same time healthy. I can not rate them enough. I bought all 10 sauces, have had three. All so far have been delicious. A friend recommended them and she was not wrong. Yes they might be over 3 pound a jar, but that’s a coffee? This is a meal for 2 to 3 people. I choose to spend a little extra out of my own very tight budget and have very happy family members! Teriyaki is outstanding!! ❤️”

“Bays kitchen sauces are a joy to use. Firstly you don’t have to worry about their contents. They’re not just allergy aware but they reduce/remove a lot of what can cause sensitivity issues too. And yet they still remain incredibly tasty and are perfectly sized! Their customer service is also second to none. I do hope they hear my plea for more Chinese-style sauces though. I’d love to see what they do with a Hoisin-style! 😋”

“Bay's kitchen products have been wonderful for the days when you are short of time or just lacking in energy to sort out an interesting low fodmap meal. The majority are really tasty and a great alternative. The only product I have tried that I've been a little disappointed in is the green pesto. It's just a little bland.”
