“Highly recommend them. Ordered VW ID4 in September 2021, paid the £500 deposit and had to wait 15 months due to ongoing supply issues. However, I was kept informed through phone calls and emails every month by Karen. I saved £3,000 compared to my local dealer. The car was also delivered to my house using the flatbed vehicle transporter. I would definitely recommend AutoeBid and will be using them again”

“I chose Autoebid because of good reviews on the web. I can say that it proved to be the case. I acieved a significantly better price than all other offers. There was a delay in delivery because the world-wide problems, but that was expected. Autoebid kept me informed along the way.”

“The whole process was seamless. Karen was super helpful from the initial quote stage and had such patience with amending slight parts to get the quote within my budget. The price saved was over £2000 compared to if I had gone direct to the dealer and was the lowest quote I received after researching online. Karen was upfront about the lead time for the car and kept me updated throughout. I was very lucky and the car came before schedule. Karen checked in with me before delivery and gave me a very helpful list of things to look out for and do before delivery day. I received the car shortly after and is exactly what I asked for. Extremely happy and have already recommended the site to my friends and will most certainly use them again in the future :)”

“Simple, quick, and excellent results! Autoebid were able to find a far better deal for a Ford Kuga Vignale than either myself through local dealers, or through other sites I used. I was kept updated on a regular basis, and the whole process from start to finish was seamless. Highly recommend, and will be using again when the time comes for my next new car.”

Despite the widely reported delays and unpredictability of delivering new cars at the moment (late 2022), when I ordered the car at the beginning of June I was told I would have it in December or January and it was delivered to my door in mid-December. “What a Great way to buy a new car !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AutoeBid provided a great price for my new Hyundai Santa Fe. A price that no Hyundai dealer could get anyway near close to. The service from start to finish was brilliant. My car took longer to arrive than initially predicted due to current shortages but I was kept up to date at regular intervals. I was a little apprehensive at buying online at first but I would definitely do so again and would recommend AutoeBid to anyone thinking of buying a new car Well done AutoeBid !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I was very pleased with the whole process of ordering my new VW Golf through Autoebid. the whole experience was stress-free and Karen was most helpful with the odd query that I had. I always bought my cars through a main dealer before but I would certainly continue to use Autoebid in future. Although I ordered the car in February it was due in November but in fact, arrived three weeks early. Saving over £4500 on the price was of course very satisfying! I would thoroughly recommend Autoebid.”
