The whole process was seamless. Karen was super helpful from the initial quote stage and had such patience with amending slight parts to get the quote within my budget. The price saved was over £2000 compared to if I had gone direct to the dealer and was the lowest quote I received after researching online. Karen was upfront about the lead time for the car and kept me updated throughout. I was very lucky and the car came before schedule. Karen checked in with me before delivery and gave me a very helpful list of things to look out for and do before delivery day. I received the car shortly after and is exactly what I asked for. Extremely happy and have already recommended the site to my friends and will most certainly use them again in the future :)
