“The pickup arrived to me in Australia a week after purchasing, so I have no complaints regarding postage times. However, as you'll see in the picture the bracket was packed separately to the pickup and, therefore, was bent in transit. I reached out to Armstrong Music the day it arrived and included a photograph of the bent bracket, however, I am yet to receive a reply. I have not fitted the pickup as I am trying to source another bracket.”

“I contacted Armstrong as I wasn’t sure of which scratch plate I needed for my Fender Jag bass, they came back so quickly with friendly and super helpful advice. Ordered the one they recommended and with days it was on my bass, fitting perfectly. I couldnt be happier with the service and the product.”

“Upon recieving an Armstrong UK order, I wrote the following email: "Hi, I’ve just received the pickguard and everything is perfect. I would like to thank you, Mr Ben Green for the outstanding customer service and all the team for making the pickguard so fast and with such quality. Thank you very much, keep on the good work." Prior to his I contacted Armstrong UK about the shipping process and how much time it will take to make the pickguard. The customer service replied right away. In less than 20 minutes i had all my doughts gone and i made the order. Then, the pickguard was shipped way before schedule. Amazing Service!”

“Ben helped me ascertain that this pickguard would fit my bass, a Fender Classic 50s Precision, produced it to fit my requirements (no holes for pickguard cover or tug bar), and it was delivered much sooner than I expected. Moreover, I am very pleased with how it looks.”
