In my opinion a good service is not defined by how soon you receive something, as the minimum you should expect from a retailer is a prompt and complete service. A good retailer should be defined by how well it deals with the adverse issues, where things do not go as expected.
In this instance I called the website, spoke to gentleman named Chris who could not have been more helpful, he tracked the bag, spoke to DPD, ascertained when I would re-receive it and called me back as promised once he had all of this information.
If this level of customer service is indicative of Andrew Morris Golf as a whole, then I wholeheartedly recommend them and will personally use them again for any further purchases I may require.”
