“Non consiglio. Esperienza pessima. Sito poco chiaro, coordinazione degli addetti ai lavori davvero da rivedere dato che mi sono stati chiesti i documenti più e più volte. 1 su 4 richieste completate (2 adulti, bambina di 2 anni, bambina di 10 mesi), quella di mia figlia ancora sospesa, dopo aver chiesto aggiornamento mi hanno chiesto DI NUOVO per l’ennesima volta documenti già inviati e mi dovranno far sapere. Nessuno vi rimborsa i bambini sotto i 2 anni. Pessima comunicazione anche tra assicurazione e compagnia aerea dato che non mi volevano rimborsare nemmeno l’altra bambina sostenendo avesse meno di 2 anni( assurdo dato che erano in possesso dei documenti in cui era presente la data di nascita)”
