“I am a dual site Practice Manager, I have been using I comply for over one Year now and I honestly don't know how I would manage without it. We use a one Year cycle and each Month I get a prompt to let me know what tasks are due that Month. I-Comply has everything I need and more! Each document has an explanation on how to carry out the task, there are policies, procedures, risk assessments and audits to complete or update as necessary. Decontamination logs are all available on I comply, Dental Nurses at the practice find them very useful for keeping accurate records I comply is great for managing HR at the practice with useful guidance and overviews to read through, staff handbook policies, contract templates, appraisal forms, annual leave and staff training logs. On top of all this, the agilio team are very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable when giving advice, I often do free Webinars that they provide too After 22 Years working in Dentistry, I highly recommend any Dental Practice has I-comply, it will definitely help!”

“I have been using iLearn initially while nursing and now using iComply in addition to it managing the practice. I could not recommend Agilio high enough. Extremely helpful for managing compliance in the practice (successful CQC inspection just couple of months ago proved it) Their team of experts are very knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to help. They gave me lots of useful advise and info while preparing for the inspection. The best thing about iComply is that you can be confident that, as long as you follow the system correctly (which is easy because it's so user-friendly), your compliance will be to the required standard to keep you CQC-ready.”

“As a manager overseeing multiple sites, I found iLearn 2.0 an invaluable resource for our organization. One of the things I really appreciate about the platform is its user-friendly and intuitive interface. This makes it easy for our team members to access the courses and resources they need, regardless of their location or the device they are using. iLearn 2.0 also offers a wide range of courses and learning materials. From industry-specific knowledge to leadership development, the platform has something for each role. In addition, the system allows learners to create their PDP and monitor CPD. But the biggest advantage of the iLearn 2.0 platform is the support it offers. Whenever our team members have questions or need help with something, they can easily get in touch with the support team. Practice Managers, including myself, have two dedicated support team (Nikki and Laura), who are always friendly and helpful. This has been instrumental in ensuring that our team members are able to make the most of the platform and get the most out of their learning experience. I would highly recommend it to a manager/provider who is looking to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their team as well as to any individual learner whom no doubt would find this system and support invaluable, just like I do.”

“It is so useful having all functionalities in one place. From staff rota, annual leave, sickness, clocking in and out system... staff messaging service and compliance/staff training. it makes keeping track of all very easy.”

“When I first became PM in 2019, I never thought I would be able to keep on top of all the policy updates, as well as HR etc. We joined Agilio and I have never looked back! The support we receive is invaluable and I honestly feel as though we are one team at times, as we have built up such a rapport with Agilio staff! We have just recently had our first HIW inspection and the feedback received couldn't be better. We could not have done without Agilio! Thank you!”

“Initially the system appeared a little overwhelming but I was assured it would soon become second nature and it did. ITeam Rota system means everyone knows where they’re meant to be, no more asking “what am I doing today” Leave section avoids anyone asking for time off when another staff member is off. The compliance is clear and concise and not too ‘wordy’ Easy to chase up those who need a nudge to read documents too! Always someone knowledgeable on the end of the phone to answer my (many) questions. Almost 1 year in and I can honestly say I’d be lost without it.”

“WOW what a first- year learning curve! being a new PM from October 2021, and then having a CQC visit, during a rebuild from 2 surgeries to 4. I comply ensure's that you complete all the correct up-to-date policies and procedures, and also help with preparing for a visit. It was an announced visit, therefore we knew what documents they wanted, I called I comply, and they gave all the numbers to the policies and audits required, this helped to focus if not completed, make sure that they were, and a great help with saving time. Having all the documents in the folders as evidence was invaluable, and the inspector was happy to work through them. I would recommend I comply to anyone that doesn't know where to start with compliance in a Dental Practice”

“Been really delighted with the whole service that IComply gives. We recently had a CQC Monitoring Interview, and we fet prepared due to the ongoing compliance that IComply prompts. “Its taken us a while to get our heads around it i must say but now we have its been a godsend! Without it i have no idea how we would keep up with all the legislation. The team at Agilio have been very helpful and supportive and always at the end of the phone if we needed them. Its something i believe could help so many other practices, it's a great way to keep on top of all the protocols and processes”

“I find iComply has a great and efficient team. I always speak with Lynne on Compliance and Adam on HR and they are always helpful and knowledgeable. I spoke with Debby on 25th January. She was helpful and efficient and made my session enjoyable. I am loving iComply's new look. The colour coded scheme is really useful to help you prioritize tasks. Also, the dashboard pie chart graph is great to have an overview of the activities and less intimidating than the older version.”
