“First of all there were many activities which due to the rain were cancelled . I would expect that you must have alternative plans given that the rain is something quite common and the fees were including them. . This is the most important complaint. Furthermore , although less important the quality of the food was rather below average.”

“My daughter had the most wonderful experience. She made a lot of friends, enjoyed the course and came home more mature and knowing that going to university was definitely a path she would like to follow.”

“It was a great intercultural and educational experience, which could only be recommended to everyone. During my stay I had the chance to exchange ideas with students from all over the world, take part in different activities and learn more about leadership and my chosen educational field. A thing I would recommend to improve is firstly more guidance directly after the arrival. Secondly I suggest to commence the evening shouts as well as the room checks way earlier, as I was often very tired from the long days. Besides that, it was a unique experience and opportunity.”

“I think my daughter had a good time. The evenings were very long, maybe it will be better to take the evening shouts a little bit earlier, also the room checks. She was very tired…”

“My daughter did the first « Architecture & Design « in end of June. The teacher was terrible… she didn’t want to be there and resented teaching and was only doing it for money as she had debts.”

“This experience at Oxford Royale was life-changing. I met people coming from the whole world but we had so much in common even if we chose different programs. Everyone was really welcoming. It is a unique opportunity to seize.”

“My son Barimah was part of the 2024 Summer camp school. From all indications he had a great experience at Oxford. He’s made new friends from different countries,learnt new things and the 2 weeks spent away from home has made him very independent. Will not hesitate to recommend Oxford Royale to friends. “My Son Matthew, took one of Oxford Royale summer courses this year and enjoyed the best two weeks of his life. He took Business and Entrepenuership in Oxford at Keble College. The course and the learning, he told me was brilliant, but the whole arrangement of the two week on campus course with was a maturing experience. He wants to go back next year”

“The organisation has nothing to do with Oxford Uni, but pretends to provide the "experiance" in heavy marketing abusing the university prestiege. The teaching standard is low if you send year 12 student and too high for younger students and the mixed ages classes provide poor experiance to all. The only "positive" is the social aspect. There are many better things the kids can do then Oxford Royale.”

“The ORA summer school experience was one of the best experiences of my daughter’s life. She was extremely happy with each and every aspect of the program, and made friends from different counties. The teachers, counselors and other staff members were extremely friendly, informative and helpful. Living in the University of Oxford was an amazing experience for her and reassured her of her readiness for uni life. Thank you so much, ORA, for a wonderful, insightful and blissful summer program. I would definitely recommend ORA to all my friends.”

“Great courses in a beautiful campus, our child learnt a lot and it was a great experience! However, we think that there coould have been more activities outside of campus, such as more/better excursions and trips to different parts of oxford.”

“I am very happy that my daughter had a unique life experience in Oxford! She learned a lot about the subject she wants to study, made friendships that I think will last a lifetime from what I can see a month after her return. She was delighted with the location and the activities, with the courses she attended and I was very satisfied with the high level of service and the security I felt sending her alone as there was very good organization in the reception of the students and immediate response to all my questions, before and during her stay at Oxford.”
