The camera I ordered, i was emailed after 2 weeks to say it was unavailable and could take another 6 weeks to get it. As this was ordered as a birthday present this was unacceptable. I contacted you and got an immediate refund. The emails i sent were responded to immediately and the customer service was excellent. The other item I ordered was then dispatched immediately and it arrived a couple of days later.
