“I placed an order over a week ago, no order confirmation (checked junk email) and no details of my delivery date. Checked my bank they have charged me for the items. I have emailed the email address on the website and it has bounced back with domain name does not exist, I tried again, copying and pasting the email address from website with the same response. Not the best customer service when you can't contact them! Hoping my delivery turns up at some point but not feeling hopeful.”

“Great company to deal with. I knew my order would take a while to arrive, but when I had an email to do a review of the product, before it had arrived, I thought I'd better contact them. I emailed and explained that I hadn't had a tracking number to track it and so Jason replied with the tracking number in an email. As it happened, it arrived the following day, so all is good in the world 😀😀. Anyway, I will not hesitate to use them again in the near future, because the item I bought is hard to find, especially at the price these guys are selling it at. WELL DONE EVERYBODY AND THANKYOU!!!”
