Been on a few hot tub holidays recently and our kids loved them. Decided to take a punt on this as a compromise between an inflatable and a hard plastic hot tub. We've been very impressed so far with everything - the build quality, delivery e.t.c. but the performance of the tub is what has surprised us the most. It keeps the heat very well even with just the standard lid and we've been using it throughout December, its very spacious and comfortable if you set it down on foam gym flooring or similar, the foam flooring also helps to keep the heat in. I would recommend that you fill it up using hot water from the tap as its so much cheaper than adding cold water and letting the filter warm the water up. Once it is up to temperature, use the heater to keep it at the temperature and enjoy! If you are not going to be using it for a while I would also suggest reducing the temperature down or draining the spa to keep your energy bills down. Would (and do) recommend this to our friends and family.
