I was pleased with the pre-order and the lady answered my questions responding quickly
I preferred chemicals and they took a while but we’re on time and good quality
The wave spa was easy to use and set up
Could do with more information on chemical control and dosing but the product was excellent quality and packs up small enough to put in the loft over winter
The spa experience itself if a glorified warm and bubbly inflatable pool with just a foam pad to cushion seating but it is fine for our purposes
