Let me start off by saying that Rinaldo's deserve some kind of award for customer service. For this is journey to coffee heaven which didn't happen without a couple of speed bumps along the way. Twice my ECM Technika was damaged in transit but Jayne, the manager of Rinaldo's, was indefatigable, patiently committed and a delight to deal with, even arranging for my Technika to be delivered by personal courier, which tells you all you need to know about this company. Jayne, if you read this, your exemplary customer service, your concern, kindness and commitment to ensure complete customer satisfaction has absolutely raised the bar. A shout out to Paul, also, who's knowledge of coffee machines and their functionality is encyclopaedic and whose advice finally did bring me to coffee heaven because the ECM Technika is fully deserving of all the praise it receives. Thank you to Jac and Alice in the office, also - you smoothed the way. You know it's easy providing good feedback when things happen without any glitches but show me a company that rises to any challenge and which emerges triumphant at the end and I'll show you Rinaldo's. So, if you're considering a purchase from this company know that you'll be in the best and safest hands I've come across in over 15 years of prosumer coffee machines. Hugely, highly and very warmly recommended.
