“Booking process was simple, booked and paid beforehand. Arrived found a space, parked up and went on our way to wait at the bus stop for the shuttle which came within minutes. On our return journey we waited around 10 minutes at the plane parking bus stop to take us back to the car. Bus driver was lovely and accommodating. On exiting, when I inserted my card it said I owed £120😬 I pressed the intercom and the guy took my registration and lifted the barrier for me - small inconvenience but otherwise a great service.”

“Car park signposted and easy to find a parking space. Transfer bus arrived within minutes for terminal drop off. Short walk to bus stop for return journey to collect car .”

“The only issue we had with Edinburgh Airport parking was that we found the signage for Terminal Parking unclear and we ended up in the drop off zone and had to pay £5 to get out.”

“Easy to find car park. Road surface on the way is absolutely shocking and needs immediate attention. Bus came just as I was walking to bus stop. Had to wait no more than 5 mins at the airport for the return bus. Would definitely use this way of parking especially if the road is fixed”

“Arriving at the fast park we were met with an assistant to help direct is to our parking. He them explained and showed us what to do upon our return. Also once key was retrieved an attendant also directed us on how to get out the airport. Very friendly and helpful”

“Brilliant service, easy to book, easy to park, easy key drop and key collection upon return. The only reason I haven’t given 5stars is because our car wasn’t parked in the place written on the collection slip so we had a brief search to find it. I’ll definitely be using this service again in the future.”

“Initial parking was easy and I shall use the system again. Just one major problem, after20 hours of travelling ( we stopped over for 3 hours in NY having flown from LA) the last thing you want is to get back to your car to find it unlocked and as the drivers door was not closed properly my battery was flat. I tried bump starting it but the battery was to flat. After a twenty minute wait the car parking guy came with a charger and got me going. He said he would report the incident to his manager, but as that would drop his fellow drivers in it, I bet it was never reported. I realise that if you just think the door is shut , walk away and do not check for the flashing lights, you would think you had locked it, but on this occasion they had not.”
