Fantastic machine that worked right out of the box! I needed this for putting text into an already-bound book, when no other method could, and it worked brilliantly alongside Inkscape. The pen-holder head is small, so has minimal restrictions on what areas of the page I couldn’t write on. The adjustability of the pen up-down positions and the fact the pen is lowered only to the point it contacts the page meant I could quickly set it up to accommodate the unevenness of the page surface. The controls within Inkscape were clear and easy to get used to, with good presets to start me off quickly.
