Got the job done. But the instant online quote is completely misleading. Quoted me a very reasonable price but then when I went to create my book (all inside pages black and white) it only gave me a colour option and cost me £14.77 instead of £7.43. I therefore only purchased one copy when I would have got 4, meaning Doxdirect has lost out on about £15 of my money and I'll be going somewhere else next time.
