I have been using clothskits products for sometime, I have done several kits but never heard or seen Sashiko before after trying a couple of what seem the simpler of the kits and really enjoyed the process and the results, so ordered this set and couldn’t put it down loved and enjoyed the relaxing time I had doing it. Just to say instructions are in Japanese but translated sheets are included. Believe it or not it is running stitch horizontal vertical then diagonal to create this design. As usual delivered quickly and nicely wrapped with a lovely thank for purchase card. Product and company certain deserve the 5 stars
