Simply put, these are perfect for my backgammon board. I recently bought a thuya wood board and needed pieces that would fit on the 24 triangular 'points'. The maximum space across at the base of each point was 32mm, so I chose 26mm checkers (as opposed to the 36mm). The wooden checkers blend perfectly with my board, and the convex dip on both sides makes all movement across the board much easier for quick play. These are most definitely a strong 5-star recommend, not just for design but also because Farrar & Tanner delivered within the expected ETA.
