Excellent Service from Smart Home Sounds also excellent piece of kit too. I have had several soundbars, including Sony and LG, but the Sonos Arc beats them all. Highly recommended. We use with a Samsung 65'' QLED via eArc and upto now had no issues like i used to have with the Sony system. Really pleased. Thank you SMART HOME SOUNDS
