It’s beautifully creamy, made up with Lucy Bee coconut milk (or, during 2020 Lock-down, I improvised by mixing Lucy Bee coco nut water with a can of Waitrose organic coconut cream ... one 160ml can of coconut cream with 4 x 160ml Lucy Bee Coconut water) makes approx 1 litre
Obviously I long for the real thing again as soon as the CV-19 pandemic settles and allows the ports to re-open.
