I’m delighted with the treadmill, which was easy to install and operate and is robust enough to be used most days, sometimes by by three adults. I decided not to renew a longtime gym membership in the first lockdown and with this and a weights bench I’ve been able to have a gym session in between hours at a screen and haven’t looked back.
I am less pleased with the BLE Smart Heart Rate monitor bought as part of the package which stopped working after about a week - that Judy needed a replacement battery but then after a month stopped working all together. Can I still return this for a replacement or a refund?
