Received these redwing shoes (noticed the scratch ), informed fat Buddha ,and was told that a new pair wouldn’t be here in time for the occasion i needed them for ! But they said they would send me the boot cream out which would get rid of the scratch , so I accepted the shoes as they were (I needed these for a wedding ) I didn’t have time to get some alternatives , and thought the Boot cream would be a good Idea . Two weeks later I received an email of this company saying that the boot cream had been returned to them (returned to sender ) never heard anything so stupid in my life !! I wish I’d sent the Boots back instead of wearing them for the wedding ! The scratch in them is quite evident , I was tricked into accepting these and stupidly enough i believed that some boot cream was in the way which would get rid of the scratch !!!! I emailed them saying I still haven’t received the cream And had nothing to this day !!!! Wouldn’t buy from this company again , it’s left A very sour taste in my mouth !!!
