love this product, I can definitely feel the difference. For me, I can tell I fall asleep a lot quicker and don't wake up at all in the night. I wake up with more energy and getting out of bed is easier. I feel like I have more confidence in myself, probably from improved sleep, and just feel a lot more in tune. I bought one of these for my dad a few months ago who has struggled with sleep for over a decade, usually getting 3 hours or less. He now gets about 6-7 hours on average which is a huge improvement and I can see all the same improvements in him. In my experience this is a 10/10 product and 100% worth the money.
