A really good store cupboard standby. I like that it has has a long shelf life and can be used in so many ways. I always have a Lo Dough wrap if I’m taking a packed lunch ( smoked salmon and cream cheese is my favourite) and Lo Dough pizza has saved the day on many evenings when I’m stuck for supper ideas. (Even the grandchildren love Lo Dough pizza. )
My main reason for buying it is that it’s so low carb - only 2g carbs per piece so it’s really helped me control my diabetes which is now in remission.
