The YS640S is the perfect pellet smoker! Built like an absolute tank. I’ve smoked on everything from stick burners to electric and have to say that the Yoder is the jack of all trades and master of em all. The smoke flavor is always on point. Being able to use it at high heats I now use it as main grill as well as smoker. The S controller is amazing! I am a techie by trade and teaming up with FireBoard pretty much seals the deal. Being able to control the smoker from anywhere in the world is beyond amazing. I seriously can not praise Yoder enough. Great customer service, amazing products and the YS640S is the best overall pellet smoker in the market. Did I mention built like a tank? I had a tree fall on my house basically crashing through my kitchen roof and believe it or not the whole tree was resting on my Yoder and didn’t even make a dent. The house was totaled, the Yoder I still use to this day!!!
