Dog friendly venue close to the South beach and other amenities. Beautiful sea views on one side of the hotel. The other side of hotel looks onto houses. Unfortunately seagulls are perched on the rooftops and are constantly squawking! Some rooms are not suitable for people with accessibility needs as there are stairs, otherwise a lift takes you to most of the rooms. We asked to move rooms for this reason and we weee moved to a room that was an upgrade without any additional charge. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering coffee making facilities and a mini bar. Also doggie treats for our four legged friend. The breakfast is a continental breakfast. It would have been nice to have had more of a choice. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I lost my earring in the bedroom and they offered to post it to be recorded delivery👏. There is secure bike storage and bike wash and service station. We would stay at the hotel again when visiting Scarborough. Good venue if you have a dog or on a bike tour.
