“Not all my books were assessed. I sent a set of small books but it seems they only looked at one and said the others were missing. I have had an email saying they were looking into it but so far I haven't heard anything. It is only a small amount of cash but means a lot to me.”

“Ziffit were fine but InBox has put me right off. Lugged a heavy box for the 20 minute walk to the nearest, four days running. Locker full up each time. Finally dropped box off in nearest charity shop. Never had a problem when you sent out a label for a courier service. Maybe think of your older, disabled, non driving customers.”

“No one on the phone when I needed a quick answer...... I sent an email to 2 of the advertised help departments....one came back as unknown and days later the other hasn't yet responded..... shocking”

“Been using the service since 2018 and they have improved no end, very prompt,great couriers,speedy service,what more could you ask for. Also easy to contact if you have an issue and they are always helpful.”

“I use Ziffit to sell donated books from a volunteer library and they are excellent in all respects. Don’t really understand their pricing structure but it is a significant income for the library. However, I sent them about 20 OS maps which I personally owned and they said that they were not valid for sale. I asked them to return them but it was extremely difficult to arrange to get them back so I lost them with no payment. Ho hum!”

“Ziffit is often a buyback buyer where other companies aren't. More importantly, the cart data is not volatile. I've had many problems with other sites "forgetting" what they said they'd purchase and then having to start over from scratch. This is not the case with Ziffit, which I greatly appreciate.”

“below the usual standard of service - DPD didn't pick up twice, I'd stayed in on purpose, then Ziffit told me they could not override the system to make another arrangement - I had said I'd take the box to a drop-off point, but they said that's not possible as it was on the system as courier collection. If the system fails, it's ridiculous that nothing else can be done, just repeating what didn't work.”

“My items were picked up the following day. Received email a few days later, item had been checked & payment on it's way. Got payment within 5 working days. Used Ziffit a lot over the years, never had any problems.”

“A good clean system, however I had six further items that needed to go in a separate box and I could not get the app to let me arrange collection for them at the same time as the larger box, it would only let me deliver them , so I cleared the basket which was disappointing.”
