“It took many emails to get the cover I wanted with various bits you asked for in particular proof of purchases , some of which I did not have. Got there in the end, just hope I am covered if something goes wrong...”

Dear Sajjad Sindhu As you are aware, we do not require proof of purchase as a rule, but in some cases, we may ask for them to support your insurance application. “At first, I wasn’t sure if I needed appliance insurance, however I am glad I got it, I just had my replacement Candy washing machine delivered today and it saved me about £280 for less than £10 per month. The whole claims process took 5 days. I have 3 appliances insured - this is real value for money. I strongly recommend it.”
