“Excellent service and expert advice on contacts. Very smart and helpful people. They called me on the phone immediately to clarify an issue on the order (which was my fault) which otherwise would have delayed the order by several days or weeks. This isn't a robotic order system, rather it's real people helping get contacts to the customer. Very refreshing.”

“It's hard to overstate just how impressed I am with their customer service. I placed my first order and included my prescription which had some missing information (no fault of DeliverContacts.com). Without exaggeration, they called me literally four minutes later and requested permission to contact my optometrist on my behalf for the missing bit of information. Furthermore, they followed up with me after speaking with my optometrist to explain how the issue had been resolved. I am truly impressed with the level of customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction DeliverContacts.com has demonstrated. Their website states that their goal is "to earn our customers trust by offering consistently low contact prices and excellent service," and my experience with them thus far has shown that they are living up to their claim. Last thing I think is worth mentioning is that this is a small business co-owned by two married optometrists. I personally find comfort in knowing that my business may have directly helped a family pay for things like dance lessons or sports activities for their kids and/or grandkids. Thank you both and I look forward to a long future of business with you!”

“This is a great service. I ordered my contacts (they are fairly new to the market and a bit pricey) and felt I was getting a good deal. I received a call from Deliver Contacts letting me know that I could save even more money if I purchased the 90-day boxes. They adjusted my order and refunded me the difference. I'm not sure I've ever had that happen before! Most companies don't go out of their way to tell you how to save money on their products. I am now a proud customer of Deliver Contacts and look forward to working with them again for my reorder! Highly recommend.”
