“There was lots of choice and options on their website and the ordering process was easy. The ladder came on the day advised, although the ladder was left on the drive behind the car, but that is not the fault of Browns. Good service and a good price for the ladder.”

“Some years ago I purchased a Hendon 3.4m tripod ladder for my garden, to ease access to high yew hedges. This was so much better than extending ladders or step ladders (4 legged) that I have now taken delivery of a 2.4m and a 4.8m tripod for trees and topiary ! These are easier to handle than extending ladders and feel much safer on soft or uneven ground. The service from Browns has been exemplary and I would recommend a tripod ladder to anyone who has felt unsafe on the 2 or 4 legged types!!!”
