You are a fraud. You took money out of my account without my permission. You still have my return item and haven't refund my money. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered quite a few items from Yours Clothing new franchise called Pixie Girl. I returned them via Evry Courier on 17th August. I received no email to prove return or that they have received my parcel. I have tried to contact via chat but it doesn't work I have phoned numerous times but after 5 minutes of being on hold it goes straight to an engaged tone I have messaged on Facebook messenger 3 times and received an automated response saying that they will reply in 72hrs. I still haven't received a reply! I am owed a refund for £180! It's a lot of money to lose! I don't know what else to do other than maybe complain to trading standards. Same as others have stated. I would give zero stars for the lack of communication. It's not like they are a small company so it's disgusting that there is no response!

I have been trying to figure out for the past 6/ 7 how to arrange a return, I am registered disabled and partially sited after several strokes and Tim's it's all to well sending returns labels to my phone but when you are housebound and have no way to print the bloody things what can I do, I most definitely won't be buying anything else, at least littlewoods understand and actually send someone out to collect a return, not spending no more money on loose and I'll fitting clothing, especially when I have no way of returning them

Orderd a black dress for my holiday to go out in night it was like it was made for me one ov the best dresses I have had love it looked at all the reviews on here where they have had a bad experience with yours where I have had a good one had a lot ov items from here and only sent one item back as it was to long had quick refund I like this company

I am unable to arrange/ print return label for my package as I do not have a printer I am disabled and cannot get out to return this item. Why on earth did you change the system you had before with the returns label and invoice in the package I'm soo disappointed

Terrible courier service. Lied about trying to deliver the parcel. One day after ordering and paying in full , have been told the said parcel has now been returned to sender. Shocking . Will be looking for a full refund . Never using this company gain because of Evri ( previously Hermes)

I was so happy at first ordering on line and absolutely love all my clothes. Never had problems with return even if I dont have a printer at home I was able to print my labels at ASDA. But for the last few orders didnt receive the confirmation email. And yes I checked my spam folder. So waiting for a few deliveries was like a lottery... Twice I got lucky and the third time I am still waiting ....Try to contact the customer via form... I didnt receive any reply. It is a shame I have this experience as I absolutely love all my clothes from Yours clothing. However I am now in doubt if I should order ever again... PLease improve your service guys if you dont want to loose good customers like me and the others:)

Dreadful quality. Nasty to the touch - one of the difficulties with on line shopping. One item had white stain on it, ugh. Where is quality control. Won’t be buying again. A first order of £100 plus. Why don’t they employ people to talk to instead if these stupid robot things. Just really disappointing as looking for something for a special occasion. Free returns - not exactly. The returns process is a pain. Never again. Will see if they refund the money in good time so can buy something else.

I returned my item, and am awaiting my REFUND, have had no help in getting my money back. Yours Clothing were unhelpful - told me to go direct to Debenhams Marketplace, who I have not been able to contact and have not received responses to my email. Its an absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE THEM.

Order did not arrive on named day delivery. Their tracking number is invalid. I filled in their online form to get a refund. I was pushed to online chat which isn't working. Phone either engaged or rings then engaged again. I can't afford to lose over £100 no idea what to do next!

Impossible to return items! Complicated online process and when you eventually manage to process the return then send a pdf thing which I couldn't download which has now totally disappeared and as the order is shown as a return they won't send it again! The live chat is to busy the contact us thing won't accept my email address and there is no working phone number and NO WAY At ALL to speak to anyone. Completely awful and useless!

I bought 2 t-shirts 15.99 each exactly the same just different colours both 22/24green one fine went to put pink on today at least 3 sizes to small but I couldn't find the receipt I went to the store to ask if they could exchange it for one what was proper size no nothing we can do without receipt just weren't interested I've bought alot online and in-store but no more if that's their policy I'll go else where

I wish I had checked this before ordering! I ordered 2 items, the website is rubbish, the basket still had the items in so looked like I hadn't paid, sent payment again and checked my PayPal. Sent twice! Tried to FIND the customer service number. Asked the local shop then I rang, I was asked to choose an option. Sat waiting 7 mins THREE TIMES...I was hung up on. Shocking customer service. Waiting to see if my items actually turn up. I see trouble co.ing.

I have made a mistake and I am sorry for the bad review that I posted last night. I persevered trying to return my order and although I was becoming very frustrated because it would not work once I had cracked it I realized that it was not really that difficult. When you enter your order reference you have to put a dash between the second and third set of numbers, only then does it work.I was then able to proceed to obtain a QR code,take my parcel to Asda where I was shown how to scan my code to obtain a sticky label to attach to my parcel. Success-job demand I suppose practise will make perfect so maybe I will chance ordering from YOURS in the future.

If possible I would give no stars.How can I return using Asda when you do not include a returns label and I do not have a printer? Easy returns---what a joke.I will probably end up keeping a dress costing over 40 pounds, which does not fit me because trying to return is almost impossible unless you live near a store.

I placed an order 3 19 2022 your company was nice enough to take the 77.71 and still no hoodies I emailed more than once can't get an answer can't even get someone to pick up the phone it's almost 3months can't believe this

Only shop i can use......this years range of clothes is abysmal.....put these clothes on a plus size 32 with arms and legs to match!!!I dont want suits to my thighs and grow on sleeves.....and I certainly don't want frills and shirred waist lines or t shirts made from a flimsy clingy material!!!the prices have go higher and the quality much much worse.glad newlook do SOME bits in a 32

I ordered a swimsuit from Yours Clothing. They promised tracking info and charged me £3.99 for delivery at Asda . No tracking info was available , no sign of my parcel . Impossible to contact them by phone. Tried emailing but just got automated replies . Out of the blue I got an email saying they accepted my refund. I never requested a refund. They refunded my order minus the delivery charge for an item they never even attempted to deliver. This company is rubbish ...what a scam , taking orders and promising delivery items they don't have in stock or don't deliver, making money on all undelivered orders ....don't go near them ! I'm now in contact with my credit card company as a matter of principal !
