How do you actually get in touch with Wallis’s?need help on a return . Won’t print out my return label at my local return shop .don’t know what to do .can’t get In touch with Walliss.very poor customer service .love their clothes but won’t order from them again due to not being able to contact them for help .

Don’t go near Wallis online. Ordered few items no problem. Placed an order 12/1/23, cancelled by Wallis as item out of stock {The same day} Contacted them via live chat said the refund would hit my account by the 19/1/23. Didn’t happen contacted them again 23/1/23 STIIL NO REFUND told me it had been refunded and I would need to contact my cc company. Now waiting for credit card company to help. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

The same story as others. Still not received refund for item purchased in December. Email customer services weekly and keep getting fobbed off with please give us another 5 days and blaming bank. I am not confident I will ever see my money and will not be using this company again.

I posted a review a few days ago, so I just want to let people know the best way to get refunded is to go through "Resolver" and very insistent, took me 2 days and several e-mails and in the end the money was in my account, which proves it was never sent in the first place. Disgraceful company

Apalling company! Said they refunded me £133 on Dec 23rd It never went in my bank. Everyday im getting fobbed off Where is my refund Wallis???

Ordered some leggings and it was next days delivery, next day no parcel but at 11.05pm had a message from Evri saying parcel was delivered. We live in a very quiet cul de sac and there was no vehicle driving up and the proof of delivery was GPS somewhere in the village and a black picture that was supposed to show where delivery was made. Next day there were several other people waiting for Evri having the same delivery details and no parcel. I got in touch with Evri and also sent an email to Wallis customer service, Evri called me quite quickly and sent me an e-mail to forward to Wallis, no reaction, I did sent several e-mails and finally had a reply telling me I should ask my family if anybody had the parcel and look outside etc.etc. I explained for the 5th time what had happened and the had another e-mail where I had to agree to a number of things that I would and would not do, I found the text of the e-mail quite insulting but agreed because I wanted my money back, Still no money 2 weeks on. Will never buy from them again. One thing about not refunding people fast, don't they understand that people are in a cost of living crisis and lots only buy clothes when they really need them, and waiting for weeks to get refunded to go and buy elsewhere might be a bit stretch for them. Disgraceful company.

I will not be purchasing from them ever again. I have sent it back jumper 22/12/22 after 6 emails to customer service I have received refund £6.00 less than I paid for.

I am waiting to receive my refund since mid December, I contacted the customer service many times, they blame bank, absolutely disappointed, I spend above £80, and I don’t know if I can get my money back. Please be careful with this company, Wallis used to be great in the past, I wouldn’t buy anything from them again

Bought my wife a coat for Christmas that still hasn’t turned up (now the 8th Jan). Wallis are refusing to refund as it could sometime be delivered!!!! Would this be in time for next Christmas? You have already ruined Christmas as my wife didn’t have a present to open. Do the decent thing and give me my money back so I can at least buy her something else. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Very disappointed that the returns policy was not extended for the Christmas period. They said in line with all UK companies.... not the case as this was the only place I could not make an exchange or refund. A voucher would have been fine as I am good customer. Or was!

No return label forthcoming after many attempts so unable to return garment for refund. Decided it may be better to keep the jeans and try to alter them rather than have neither garment or money. Email Administrator also returned my email to Wallis.

One item of ren received.. enlivened by Evri my account says order delivered ..absolutely no way of getting help with tjis . I'm £250 out of pocket..my advice don't shop online with them until they improve their courier and customer service !!

The returns policy and portal is outrageous. They charge you for Returns and I’ve been waiting a month for my refund. I’m going to have to get PayPal to intervene because they aren’t processing it of their own volition. AVOID this company at all costs.

Awful service.Sent back 2 jumpers for refund Wallis debited my account again instead of refunding money back to my account. Emails ignored! PayPal had to sort it out! Never shopping with Wallis again

Wish I could give a zero rating. Wallis used to be good quality but now the material is really thin and made of cheap material. I ordered a top on 22nd November by next day delivery and have still not received it. Customer service is non existent. Just keep receiving emails asking me to wait “a bit longer” - no offer of refund. Avoid this company

Quality of item not good, ordered 2 items for choice unfortunately I took the label of one so can't send it back but will give it to a charity shop. Ordered overlay dress, the fabric was very thin jersey looked very cheap and not suitable for a Christmas party. Was very surprised that I had to pay £1.99 to send the other item back. Sorry won't shop again.

DO NOT USE. This is not the Wallis that used to be so good. I ordered on Thursday 24th November. I paid for next day delivery. Today is 30th and I have not received anything and they want me to wait another week. They won’t refund me and I really don’t know what to do. I am going to put in a claim through PayPal.
