The first game I purchased that was produced by Ubisoft was Myst 3 Exile for Ps2, and it was an amazing experience for a point and click. The live actors, the puzzles, the animated action sequences, and the fact there were no glitches made it an incredible game that I still go back to from time to time. I've played a few of their other titles, the series I have played the most being Assassin's Creed. AC started put great, but as time and sequel went on problems started appearing. First thing to go wrong was free running in AC 3 due to changes to the combat system, they made up for this in black flag but went to another untested combat system in origins and has stuck with that ever since. AC 2 did it best. I will save the other problems and skip to the one that brings me here. Valhalla. Weapons armor options are ridiculous, npcs that level up with you render grindering for skill pointless. No feeling of real accomplishment unless you are a try hard or saddist who loves impossible odds by taking on enemies way out of your league. Speaking of enemies whose idea was it to automatically restore the zealots health after 2 mins of you trying to outrun them? But the biggest problem is the hunter shack. The second skin, a legendary bear, always crashes my game. I'm not alone in this as a quick check on reddit will lead you to several players with this complaint. One suggestion was erase all data and wait for update and start a whole new game to maybe fix the issue. My point is your company has fallen in standards. You have lost heart. I get everyone is out here trying to make a dime, so am I, but I'm not going to keep spending the same much less more money on a product that is no longer as good as it once was. Sincerely, Ray

Horrendous. Spent 15-20 minutes setting up an account for it to tell me my password is incorrect. (I use the same password for everything) Terribly designed and a huge error in the programming clearly.

I want a full refund for the game Skull and Bones. I purchased it from the Playstation store digital download. I was loving the game but now can't play anymore because i don't want Playstation plus account. I just want to play with out a subscription. That was the whole reason I downloaded the game. The economy is terrible to add another subscription to my monthly budget.

Horrible customer service, kids with attitude. My email or 27 yrs was hacked due to a medical office breach. When I emailed Ubisoft they said they refuse to help me because they have no way to prove I'm the account owner and yet my Xbox gamertag is still on the account , I play Ubisoft games and they refuse to update my email. One had the nerve to tell me to ask the hacker for my email account back.

I've been an enjoyer of UNO, however..... here are my grievances... the PC version mainly runs good, with the exception of: unable to access settings screen from homepage OR in a match, because it freezes on a loading screen, forcing me to close the game via TaskManager. ALSO..... crossplay is NOT cross-platform friendly. Which is another thing that is VERY UPSETTING. You can only play Playstation to Playstation, PC to PC and so on so forth... no Playstation to PC or vice cersa. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I attempted to reach out to cystomer service about the settings issue.... and guess what... NO RESPONSE!! Its been about a week since I sent that email. I acidly kept an eye out for a response, but NOPE!! I bet you they decided to sit on their behinds and ignore the support requests from their users!!

Worse game developers and servers I have ever seen. They can't keep the servers up for more than a day without them crashing. You guys are lucky tha jynxzi brought you guys back to life because you're developing skills are terrible .

All of their games are terrible from bugs to trash sbmm it’s impossible to have fun in a game when you get put up against the best players in the game when you’re not even close to being as good as them

After being a loyal customer of various Ubisoft game series for a number of decades, I am now completely distancing myself from this developer. I suggest you ban this developer as well. I am a real gaming enthusiast and have all the gaming consoles from the past to the present. That's why I also enjoy continuing to play older games. Ubisoft is completely missing the point here. It concerns the game The Crew. After 10 years, Ubisoft has decided to close the servers. I fully understand that the servers will not remain open forever. However, they have made the game completely unplayable and terminated it. While you could simply play the game in single player, this is absolutely not necessary. Since I purchased the game on three different platforms including the DLC, this feels like being robbed of my hard earned money. As if this problem wasn't bad enough, the customer service also appears to be completely worthless. I presented this issue to them and asked three simple questions: 1) How come you don't just make the game available offline? 2) What other games are you going to terminate this way? 3) How will you compensate the disadvantaged customers for this mismanagement? After sending ten messages back and forth, customer service failed to respond to these questions and I gave up. However, I am considering legal action, because I suspect that this mismanagement is incorrect. In short, it is better to stay away from this developer, because they do not take you seriously as a customer and steal what is rightfully yours.

So my reputation just went down because my internet went out and it kicked me from the match, yet I rejoined and it goes down? Also, earlier today I was playing with my friend and we started up a standard. and it literally did not let us join, and we got banned for an hour. a nice work rainbow six siege.

They have kicked me from two ranked games in the last 6 days banning me for 4 of the days not cause I didn’t have WiFi or anything just cause their servers are terrible and THEN I can’t even manage to get ahold of a person cause they support website doesn’t work absolutely the worst company I’ve ever played a game from I’ve spent over $200 on that game and I will never touch it again. UBISOFT SUCKS

Don't waste your time and money with this company, they will not let you update the email address, they ll claim your account is compromised (which it isn't at all) then close the account. It makes zero sense, horrible customer service by Nathan 007

I love the game Star Trek Bridge Crew I love the VR makes you feel like you are on the bridge of a starship but I think you should keep developing it to be a better game by adding new iconic ships from Star Trek, and new missions they come with the new ships and I think if you do the game will become very popular4 will become very popular in the star trek community and I think people who don't know what star trek is but play vr a lot will play the game for the experience. [lease do this because I love the game and hope that you read this and update the game and will all new ships and missions.

If I could do 0 I would, I've been playing R6 since it pretty much came out , I lag , I verse really good people and my teamates are dirt if that was a rank, I shoot heads they don't die like it been happening for the pass 3 yrs should of kept it how it was, look at the video I sent you on instagram stuff like that's happening now and it's garbage the game sucks , was saved by jynxzie but how long will that last smh , YOUVE LOST ME THATS FOR SURE.
