“Not even worth a star purchased perfume of 69.69£ for 30 mins collection mail. they had no stock so had to wait for few days so i cancelled it. Its been several days everytime i ask for refund they say 3-5 working days and i never receive my refund. No one is answering properly. It seems that i won't get it back. Don't know what to do. I have all the conversation with them in mail.”

“I,ve got to admit I HAVE purchased items from these more than once..........and to be "fair" the service was 5 star..............10/10............no-complaints.............perfect!!!!!!!!!!,,,,,,,,,,,but..............the actual perfumes themselves HAS left me wonder is it because their old stock etc and the items have "go-off?????????????????".................because they just didn,t smell like they "should etc.............if it was a one off I wouldn,t complain but this HAS happened to me....3/4 times.................”

“This would be 0 stars if possible. It is the second bottle of perfume which is either expired or not authentic. Their customer service is shocking. They give the same "mantra" and state customers can become nose blind, despite being told it was tested in another retailer before purchase and lasted days on a coat. They want it send back for testing but they send back out if they think its okay! Why would anyone go through all this but also an opened, unsecured liquid surely should not be then sent back for a customers use. Claim with your banks if you have this option so they do not get away with this service”

“Think twice about wasting money and expect shocking service. I bought aftershave for a Xmas gift and when it was opened it smelt nothing like it should. I contacted them and they advised how to return it and what would happen. I returned the product and heard nothing. I chased this and was toldnthey did not have it.. royal mail had delived it several days earlier so they did.. I them had to chase this again to be told you can't gmhave a refund it has been opened and sprayed!! You don't say...?? I have now had to email again and explain the issue again this is infuriating and unprofessional.. Go to proper perfume shop and don't waste your money on goods that are not what they are supposed to be and shocking service.”

“I ordered 2 perfumes but arrived just 1 of them. They did investigation and they said everything was fine. But this is not true. I lost 90£, no perfume no money. Avoid this service. I don't recommend them.”

“I asked to purchase a bottle of Hugo deep red and was told they only had the large at £62.00 but i could have a 10% discount and i agreed to this, when i came to pay they wanted all my personal information as they wanted me to have an account when i refused they withdrew the discount and the assistant was rude, I left and purchased a large bottle from Superdrug at £30.00!! Hopefully the Perfume shop will close down as these people can only be described as Wasps stinging people and we all know Wasps are C---s.”

“I ordered a perfume that never arrived, I asked for a replacement and they said that it is now out of stock. I didn’t even get my refund. So I just paid them the money for nothing. Worst customer service, they’ll reply to your emails after days.”

“Ordered Boss aftershave with a free gift (in stock) The gift doesn’t arrive and I’m told it’s now out of stock (convenient) Putting on gifts as gimmicks to get sales. customer service useless.”

“The online account service is rubbish !!! You put your details in to login and then the site refuses to log you in, on the grounds that your password is wrong. So you change it to create a new password and then when you put the new password in, it still refuses to log you in !!! Try to put your details in originally and it wouldn't let me put my date of birth in. The when you get your account card, the stupid site refuses to let you match the card to your account. Well Ive had enough !!! The Perfume Shop has lost my custom !!! Id rather go to Boots and pay the extra. At least I can get better service there. Your online service is a joke !!!”

“Useless And it’s all fake products or either expired with NO FRAGRANCE, Before ordering, I did ask if this is original .. The response was .. YES This is worse than Dischem expired perfume.. Advice,, buying cheap will cost you!!”

“I bought a small bottle of what I thought was the real Alien perfume, smelt ok but I just knew it didn't smell as it usually does. I came across a small sample bottle I ordered online from Notino and it had the real Alien perfume smell, absolutely gorgeous couldn't compare to this awful copy at the Perfume Shop in Inverness Scotland. Beware the Perfume Shop is a fraudulent company doing snides”

“Item was advertised as being in stock but it wasn't. It took until 8.40pm to let me know. Had to order it from somewhere else, meaning that it won't arrive in time for the birthday it was intended for. This was the first order I had placed with them, and they let me down. I will now seriously think twice before ordering anything from them again, as I can't depend on them or that they'll have what I want in stock, despite their website stating that it is.”

“They are selling fake perfumes. There was this offer VERSACE EROS GIFT SET for under £50 and when it arrived it is so obviously fake!Fake bottles, box and packaging and the scent doesn’t last. This specific fragrance isn’t even supposed to have “Eau de toilette” written on the bottle. This is so disappointing. I won’t return it because I’ve seen the rest of the reviews and apparently if I return it back, I might never see my refund ever again. So I’ll just count it as a lesson and move on. Stay blessed y’all x”

“Extremely disgusted with their Service. Took £400/- from me and didn’t deliver the ordered products. Not issuing a refund and completely deceptive in the way they operate. All fake and false promises. Will never buy from this place ever again and I recommend no one to buy from them if you don’t want to lose your money.”

“Only giving one star as there isn't nil. I ordered £212 of perfume - they insist it has been delivered (WHICH IT HAS NOT), provide no proof, have a system of endless ping pong and obfuscation, but won't provide proof of delivery, supply the product or give your money back - disgraceful outfit - my experience appears to be typical of many customers - don't touch them with a barge pole”

“I have had outrageous experience with… I have had outrageous experience with this shop. Purchased a perfume box as a gift which arrived unsealed. They said I could return it to receive a sealed one. Yet, the return conditions state that the return needs to be unused and sealed (!) But they agreed to exchange the box which they delivered unsealed. the exchange was painful as there was no tracking, etc... Finally, the exchange arrived. Shockingly, the exchanged box was also unsealed. Thus, I could not use it as birthday gift and had to buy another present which leaves me out of pocket. Now they are telling me I can return this, instead of apologising profusely and providing a refund. Very bad customer service which responds to emails via authomated texts instead of reading emails. the same applies to their call centre staffed with incompetent individuals.”

“I bought two car perume bottles, on of the scents i was not too keen on so i emptied it and filled it with something i liked so all was well. The best part is i can refill with your own preference and it looks nice.”
