"ordered 3 items on buy 2 get 1 free terms , order excepted but next day received email saying 2 of the items were out of stock, why except order if items are sold out ? so now paying full postage for one item. If had known i could have ordered 2 other items. If sold out items comeback in stock i will have £4.99 postage to pay again."
"The ordering system is ridiculous , definately out of the ordinary. Instead of placing an order then just paying at the end. Their process is completely confusing. I still can not explain it. Something about making a credit account or paying by cash.
And even when i made for my items by phone. They still had not arrived 11 working days later. Called again and was tols that 1. My order had not been processed
2. One of the items was now out of stock
3. I had to pay £1.50extra
Never ever ordering from them again. Now im awaiting my items and i just have this feelings that they will not be they were pictured on the website.
"Absolutely shocking customer service! Had a faulty product which they arranged collection of but have now lost but won't refund my money until they investigate and find it. It is a problem between them and their courier to investigate not myself. I am now still out of pocket a month later with no resolution in sight other than being told to 'allow more time' We are not talking a small amount of money either"
"Studio customer service is appalling I am awaiting an uplift of a faulty order they have told me over the phone on three occasions they will have it uplifted the next day so I can get a refund but still has not been uplifted they won’t let me speak to a member of management as they say no one is available poor poor customer service don’t know what to do next won’t be buying anything from them again"
"Use to like Studio before but now service is rubbish. I ordered 2 quilt sets which has to include pillow, quilt and mattress cover. One set was fine but another one has no pillow and mattress cover. After I phoned to Studio they promised to deliver another one and they delivered, they tried another three times and every time I open package it had only quilt without pillow and mattress cover and I tired to phone them again and again. Also I ordered gloss wardrobe. I checked that it has all parts include but after it was assembled and we removed protection film from doors, found out that one door of wardrobe is faulty on the gloss surface. Customer service was not helpful at all! They said I have to disassemble wardrobe and return it back and they would deliver another one. I tried to explain that I paid money to assemble it and what I need just one door becase it already assembled and I asked if I can order same wardrobe and when they would deliver I would open a package and exchange only one door but was told that they not deliver and collect in same day and it's impossible. So I would never again buy anything from Studio and wouldn't recommend it to anyone."
"Company will not refund me for a faulty product I can prove I have returned. They are trying to tell me they sent out a replacement product which I have kept. I can prove that not only did I state several times I didn't want a replacement but that I refused delivery of the replacement. I am now in the process of reporting them to the financial ombudsman."
"Usually happy with Studio but recent purchase of a four drawer divan bed has been disappointing. The Airsprung bed is poorly finished off and there is clearly no quality control as one of the drawers was badly broken. Eventual replacement was the wrong colour. Two months on I have new drawer but collection for previous one has yet to materialise. Not a good experience."

I ordered a vertical blind in January and a sofa too, I never received the sofa or any correspondence as to why I didn’t and the blind was delivered damaged twice.
After returning the blind back a second time, I noticed my account hadn't yet been credited but Studios, even though records showed it had been collected by Hermes.
After speaking to a manager they requested that I fill in a report and send collection receipts to help them investigate what Jermes had done with the blind, this had to be done before crediting my account.
So....they had proof that the blind was collected but wouldn’t credit monies back to me without me helping to investigate Hermes.
I was very angry about this (to say the very least) and after standing my ground and refusing to help them until they credited my account they decided to do the right thing.
I have had a nightmare experience and will never order for them again, I would advise anyone thinking of ordering not to bother, they are a company that make the rules up as they go along.

A customer has supplied the incorrect email address (or it was entered incorrectly by staff) and I have received several responses from them stating that I need to provide my full name, address and account number so that my records can be traced as though it has something to do with my request to stop receiving emails clearly written for someone else.
Real people are responding to my emails. Real people are ignoring the fact I keep saying that they have the wrong email address. I live in a completely different country in a different part of the world so calling to sort this out is not an option. I have never been, nor will I ever be a customer. You clearly can't even keep track of the ones you have."
"This is a complete scam. The website presents itself as a normal online retailer but once you have gone through the process of registering and realise this is actually a credit company half way through the process. I stopped the process and did not confirm any purchase. I was however sent an email confirming my details so I phoned the company to find out why my details were registered. Spoke to a number of people saying my order had been placed and there was no way to cancel this. Spent an hour on the phone arguing with a number of people and finally confirmed that nothing had actually been ordered. I am waiting on confirmation of this which in itself was a nightmare but I will believe it when this has been confirmed."
"I ordered a toaster rrp £69.99, offer price £34.99. Looked good in the picture, but was very lightweight and tinny. When I tried it, the whole toaster became very hot. I did not consider it to be worth the offer price, and definitely not worth the rrp. For that price I would expect a solid construction and stay cool walls. On its way back to Studio."
"Cheque cashed but goods not received. No response from letters written to find out where the goods were. Telephone call to them denied any knowledge of the order even though cheque had been cashed."
"I made an order thinking I was dealing with just an online shop, expecting to just pay and have my item delivered, on completion I realised to late that this was a credit company and not an ordinary online shop, I made the mistake of ordering using my mobile phone and was not able to read the terms and conditions I'm a 70 year old short sighted pensioner and do not want credit; however, I ordered on the Saturday and cancelled when I realised my error.
Studio would not cancel my order, I continued to email them for about 10 times requesting this item be cancelled and I telephoned them cancelling and closing the credit account they had set up for me, this was in vain, the company refused to cancel the order and have now dispatched the item after five days of attempting to cancel.
They will not cancel an order and continue to force you to have something from them, putting me into a debt I do not want as a pensioner and forcing me to have a £300 credit account I definitely do not want, now when this item is delivered I will have to return it at my own cost even though I gave them 5 days notice of cancellation prior to dispatching this item.
If you have any sense at all DO NOT GET COUGHT OUT BY THIS COMPANY!!!
Only order from them using a computer so you can read all the terms and conditions clearly as you will not be allowed to cancel after you have ticked the buy now box.
This company wants to force you in to debt and won't accept no for an answer."

"Embarrassing, fraud on the account which took them over a month to pass to their fraud team, month and a half and 6 phone calls later I have still not been able to speak with the fraud team or complaints team, it appears the account has NOT been frozen and nothing has been done. DON'T use unless you want your details used by fraudsters. Not secure or safe and horrid customer service who are unable to help in any shape or form."
