“Tried the McDonalds in Wingate, NC. Will never ever go there again. Ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese and large fry. Buns were reasonably fresh. That the only thing good about the food. It was immediately obvious the burgers had been around for a while and zapped, can you say dry, very dry! Fries were cold and must have been bottom of bin, if you prefer more salt than fry these were for yoy”

“I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget a large fry and a large coke. I alway ask for 5 packs of ranch and I know I have to pay for them. I asked the person for 5 packs and I was told I could only get 1 so I told her I would pay for the other 4. She totally ignored me and necer put it on the prder. When I got to the window for my food I explained that I had ordered 4 extra packs of ranch and they were not put on the order. I handed him a dollar for the 4 packs since they have always been .25 each. He said they are .50 and he would give me 2 more. I told him I wanted 4 and proceeded to give him another dollar but he closed the window then came back a d pretty much shoved the 4 packs at me. I cannot believe what the customer service has become. Workers are rude. I understand it is fast food but it is also the job they accepted so do it nicely. Its not hard to be nice”

“I was charged over 7 dollars for hamburger, small fries and a small Coke at McDonald's. I was shocked at how much these 3 items gave gone up. I have a great job and I can afford this cost but it is ridiculous. I am thru with McDonald's and will not buy anything from them again and I hope they end up going out of business.”

“Hello my name is Karen and I must say that I want to talk with the manager because my recent visit to the McDonald's in Ohio was so bad. first, the 17 year old Logan from india was super rude and when he delivered my order to me, I saw him take a bite out of my big Mac meal. “My entire family loved McD fries, so order 2 regular fries to share with my father. They gave Me really tiny fries even little than my pinky finger, I req them to change it but lady was rude to me may be because I claim those fries through application buy 1 get 1 free. Later, after tasting that I realized it is leftover fries and too hard to eat. I went back on counter then Arabic manager and other Arabic crew starts to offend me. I leave my food on the counter and l left. In addition to this, the lady also took feedback from me to assure that I will get pastries free on the spot, after taking all 5 starts from me she plays smart and said obviously ma'am how will get free pastries if you don't purchase anything, there I got fooled again and felt offended. Truly, McDonald breaks my heart. Now, I will think twice to visit my childhood favorite fast food brand. This incident happen to me at mega mall, Sharjah UAE. On 5 of may 2024. Around 1.40pm local time. I'm literally crying because of that treatment. If you don't want us to claim rewards please remove it from application.”

“As a frequent patron of various fast food chains, I recently had an exceedingly disappointing visit to McDonald's that compelled me to share my negative experience. From the food quality to the overall service, my encounter left a lot to be desired. First and foremost, the food quality at McDonald's was subpar. The burgers lacked freshness, as if they had been sitting under heat lamps for an extended period. The meat was dry and lacked flavor, while the vegetables appeared wilted and unappetizing. The fries were disappointingly soggy and lacked the crispy texture that is typically associated with McDonald's. Even the iconic Big Mac failed to live up to its reputation, with a lackluster taste that was far from satisfying. Moreover, the service at McDonald's left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, resulting in slow and inefficient service. The order accuracy was consistently poor, with missing items and mistakes in customization. The employees seemed untrained and unprepared to handle the high volume of customers, leading to long wait times and a general sense of chaos within the restaurant. The cleanliness of the establishment was also a major concern. The dining area was littered with trash, and the tables were left uncleaned for extended periods. The floors appeared sticky and neglected, giving the impression of a poorly maintained facility. Additionally, the restrooms were in a deplorable state, with an unpleasant odor and lack of basic hygiene supplies. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of cleanliness in a well-known fast food chain like McDonald's. Furthermore, the pricing at McDonald's is increasingly becoming unreasonable. The cost of a meal continues to rise while the quality and portion sizes shrink. It feels like the company is prioritizing profit over providing value to its customers. Considering the decline in food quality and service, the higher prices are simply not justified. In conclusion, my recent experience at McDonald's was incredibly disappointing. The lackluster food quality, poor service, cleanliness concerns, and inflated pricing have left a lasting negative impression. As a result, I cannot recommend McDonald's as a reliable option for a satisfying fast food experience. There are numerous other alternatives available that offer superior quality, better service, and a more enjoyable dining experience.”
