“Wish it would tell you if an item was out of stock. Instead you place an order and part of your order will ship. When you ask about the rest of the order you'll be told it'll ship when in stock. After a couple weeks of waiting I asked to just cancel the items that haven't shipped and told they can't be cancelled but would have to wait until I receive them and then could return them. Then they when you get the email it's on it's way, it's not delivered like the other packages, they choose the slowest possible way. Pretty crappy but if the item is in stock it's fine.”

“Watch said it was in stock. Was not. No one would give me any estimated date with which it would come back into stock. Just a copy & pasted email. Needed this watch for a wedding. Found no one at your company who cared. Finally yall canceled my order abrutly. I bought the watch from the OEM website. It showed up in 4 days. I love the watch! Happy I didn't pay you all for it! Just horrible service Joma!”

“Two weeks after I ordered, I mistakenly inquired about an update. It has been two weeks, but worse, it is not even showing a ship-out date. This company has the worst customer service I have ever been a party to. The response I received was, "Yeah when the charge comes out of your bank account." Unbelievable.”

“I made my first order on Joma on 23 April. full transaction of the money in that day, with a 2 days delivery. 3 days later wen I did not receive the order I contact them and they let me know that I have to provide extra documents to proof my identity. the Joma supervisor is Kamela. after disusing with her I did send an email with all the documents that they asked( My Romanian Id , passport , and the proof that I work in US) .5 days later still no reply from them, I had to contact them again. and they let me know that my transaction was canceled and to send them a wire transfer. I asked how could I pay 2 times for a product that still is I don't know if I will receive. They could not offer a logical answer. Now 13 days later after Joma has my money , they still DID NOT start the refund process.as per last lady from costumer service. absolutely disappointed in the service. specially of Kamela that was in charge of the situation.”

“Jomashop is one of the most amazing websites with such positive and helpful customer service. I mostly use the site for buying niche fragrances at a discounted price and even then the price is still on the expensive end and in transit not everyone is careful with packages so I had the unfortunate experience of my fragrance arriving with the juice outside of the bottle and leaking all over the interior of the box it came in but jomashop was so quick to direct me to a link where I showed the damage and within a minute I was being sent a digital credit card so I could repurchase the fragrance. I mean they were so lovely over something that was the shipping companies fault and it was all handled so quickly with so much ease that I kept ordering from their site because it’s not only a good deal but it feels entirely safe knowing I’ll never have my money wasted so it’s worth always paying for the little insurance fee because for more expensive items it’s a must. I can happily say I’ve used jomashop several times everything from expensive buys to cheaper middle eastern fragrances that are so incredibly good that it almost feels illegal that they are so inexpensive! If anyone at jomashop is anything less than lovely I haven’t ever come across them!”

“I bought a perfume, it was the mancera instant crush. I have this perfume purchased from jomashop and it is very strong, you’ll feel it on you all day. I decided to buy it again as a gift for a girl overseas. The delivery was really fast, I was surprised. When this person tried the perfume the smell was the same, however the scent lasted for 30 minutes. I was accused of buying a copy but I had to explain that I bought from a reputable retailer. Well this situación kind of put a dark spot on my vacation. I don’t think the perfume was really on sale because I paid the average price for it.”
