Would give negative stars if I could. EVERY ORDER HAS EITHER NOT ARRIVED OR BEEN MISSING SEVERAL ITEMS. I only even tried this app because it comes with free delivery for Amazon Prime customers. Literally just received a 5 item order missing 3 items and the coffee only half full and COLD. I always tip 20% to the driver and I'm tired of getting shafted when I complain and they offer me 5 f*cking dollars in credit for $20+ of missing food!

If I could give no stars I would. I got a gift card as a gift and when I went to scratch it off 4 of the numbers were gone. So I reached out to customer service for help and got sent around, had to send pictures to prove I had the card and they told me that thereā€™s no way they could help me. That I needed the original receipt and exact place/time when I got it. I reminded them it was a gift and they said they canā€™t help unless I reached out to that person for their receipt. So I didnā€™t get to use my gift and had to just throw it away. I would think there would be some sort of solution in this day of age but no. So honestly that was my first time trying to use Grubhub and I will never use them again. Just based off the company and customer service it was the most horrible experience that went on for days. I talked to them through phone, email and live chat and youā€™ll have to be the one to continue to reach out because they just wonā€™t respond or will end chats with you. So I 100% donā€™t recommend ever getting involved with this company.

Absolutely the worst. Drive goes two cities below the restaurant back up two cities then says on the way to pick up tacos that been sitting for the entire hour to bring here. No way. Hour and half later finally gives me a refund.

I order things from a restaurant in San Ramon because I'm in the hospital I have pressed the GrubHub app order my dinner the restaurant notified me and them half an hour later found out nobody picked it up call customer service and they refuse to refund me my money $30 down the drain that was the first and last time I use these guys

I put an order with grabhub. The text message said that it was delivered. I never saw the order. Usually I get the message with the picture but not this time. I had to reorder my food. Instead of one hour ( when you start the order it supposed to be 40 min) I had to wait for two hours. I called Grubhub. The lady on the phone apologised a lot but never offered me a solution and could not tell me the reason why everything went wrong. Very very bad service. I wonā€™t recommend for anyone to use them again. In fact it was my last time too.

So far Iā€™ve never received any meals from Grubhub. Iā€™ve ordered on 3 different occasions and nothing. Says delivered. And there was never a photo of my order. So I bought someone a free meal while I sit a starve ? NEVER again will ever use Grubhub again !

They sent the wrong order. I had to call GrubHub's customer service. They were going to make me pay for the wrong order. They wouldn't reorder what they messed up. They gave me a $20 gift card that wouldn't work. So I went to doordash I will never use GrubHub

This freaking company hired incompetent idiots that never delivers on time or at all and then apologizes with a $5 credit!! I donā€™t know how they are still in service with at the bad reviews!!

Ordered food at 6:30 itā€™s 7:31 still not here will not let me cancel. On third assigned driver eta 8pm. Called restaurant food was ready at 7:15. By the time it gets here will be cold and rubber. This is the third time in a row. Sticking with DoorDash

They tack on a 15% tip for the driver. That is way too much. I give 1520% to my waiter waitress who brings the food to my table serves me water and bread. They should not even get a tip, especially this driver because he did not follow directions. I am in a rehab facility for my leg. I asked him to bring it to my room because I cannot walk so what does he do? He leaves it at the front desk and then he text me and said he delivered my package. I waited 15 minutes and nobody came to my door so I called and canceled Grubhub penalize me by not allowing me to order off their site for 24 hours. It was not my fault. It was the drivers fault for not following directions. Iā€™m going to try DoorDash. Grubhub has lost a customer.

I am beginning to wonder of Grubhub delivery drivers knows how to follow directions or GPS. This is the fourth time in a month that my order has been delivered to the wrong address. And then when you try calling the driver it goes to a number out of Chicago, IL. This is really getting to be ridiculous.

I think they should get rid of Grubhub and DoorDash. Its alot of drivers that will pick through your food and most of the time there will items missing. Its been over 2 years since the last time I ordered from Grubhub. Ordered Popeye's and we found a biscuit that was bitten off of. The chicken tenders were missing and only left 2 in the box. That was the last straw for me smh and the drivers don't even care. Everybody needs to just stop ordering from these places before someone really tampers with somebody food and gets them sick. šŸ‘ŽšŸ½

I put a $200 gift card on my brand new account. I tried to place my first order and then they ā€œfrozeā€my account. I have no way of accessing it and Customer Service is completely useless. They told me to wait for an email from another department so meanwhile theyā€™re stealing my $200. I donā€™t have a lot of confidence that I will get it back. They are disgusting and unprocessional. I basically threw $200 down the drain. How they can get away with this is beyond me. And thereā€™s literally no one to speak to a customer service because they cannot ā€œaddress that issueā€œ

As a caregiver, I heavily rely on food delivery services for my meals. This evening, I ordered food but the delivery driver never delivered my order and marked my order as complete. I asked the Grubhub customer care representative handling my issue to confirm that a different driver would deliver my reordered food. However, they stopped responding to the chat. Extremely disappointed.

My orders majority of them always come up with missing items or a delay and when I ask for a refund they tell me that I'm being fraudulent and abusing the system. When I pay for a particular item I expect to get that and when I don't I have every right to ask for a refund but they feel that since it happens so often that I am in the wrong so I will no longer need their service

we just order something to eat. there were missing orders that was not in what we ordered.when we call them and want things fixed and they say that they can not do something to reach out.
