Attending graduation yesterday with our son, was very disappointing... they threw it together. You figure $25 grand to take this course, certainly went any where but it certainly didn't go towards their graduation thats for sure. It was not about the students, nor their marks.. our son keeping a 95 % average, honor roll, no recognition at all. Very disappointed... (spelling ppls name right would have been nice too..) smh It was very disorganized, it was more about the speakers, versus the students or marks. Parents were not given the opportunity to go take photos of students with certificates on stage, without being pushed away by staff.. the seating was cramped together, ppl were left standing during all of this. They used half of the area, which was beyond me, they could have spread everyone out.. buying a seat for $25 dollars each then asked to have your child on our lap. I just shook my head. It was all about money... Yes, I am very proud of my son, happy it's done and he can start a new chapter in his life.. I just expected more.. these students derve more.

They pestered me and pestered me from the minute I signed up for some information sent to my email. The day of my in person appointment to do a tour of the school, initiation test, and meet with financial advisor; I called twice and left a voicemail saying I was coming. And then when I showed up he had left for lunch, even saw me coming in and walked right passed me. And never contacted afterwards to say sorry for missing our meeting. SCREW YOU CRAIG and SCREW YOU WILLIS COLLEGE

CSA program is a joke. We were given tests that were never reviewed and, sometimes, the material wasn't even covered before we were tested on it. Large amounts of spelling mistakes in material. All of their stuff can be found by just reading a comptia textbook and Microsoft's free(!!!) courses. The students had to continuously point out errors in unreviewed testing and assignment material. Instructors wouldn't respond for long periods, sometimes ever. Marks were given sometimes a month later. Unclear, contradictory instructions from school staff. Some of the tests are straight up wrong. They WILL teach you incorrect, sometimes dangerously so, information.

Next month I'll be graduating from the Addictions and Community Worker program. I studied online and have been very happy with my experience. Throughout the program I felt engaged and challenged and have learned so much. My instructors were very knowledgeable and supporting and would highly recommend this program to anyone.

What went wrong? Where do I start. The lack of communication and professionalism from management and instructors is mind blowing. Takes days sometimes weeks for a response from anyone. They like to fire the instructors who stand up for themselves and students. I went through 4 instructors in less then 5 months. They hire the most useless incompatent instructors. You pay for class time to cover material but spend 75% of it in a breakout room to learn the material on your own. The courses and assignments are outdated. Online certificates are American bases and not all of them are Canadian recognized (first aid and CPR) You will not have the support from management. Do yourself a favor and save your money. When I was enrolled I was asked why I think students are dropping out. They didn't like what i had to say and all my Comments were deleted. I will continue to speak up and make sure students don't get taken advantage of like I was. I am stuck with student loans and a certificate from a College that has to be one of the worst schools. Run don't walk. Don't even give them the satisfaction of even considering this school.

At best, an introduction course. Their 'Willis Way' is jerking you back and forth from topic to topic, giving you no time to absorb the content before changing direction. Pretty useless and a waste of money in any of their technical courses.

I find the course to be a huge waste of time. The actual classes online have been more just wasting 2 hours than it is actual teaching. Homework assignments are basically "read this book, learn it cause we didn't cover much in the lecture, then do 16 hours a day of homework. All homework is due Sunday after your exam". The teachers have little to no professionalism. If you already have a course recently done like a communication course or CPR they won't plar it because it's "too much paperwork" for them to do. They lied about work at your pace, you work at their pace and if you have a job expect to always be tired because between work and homework there's no room for much sleep. Office hours if you need help are slim. Unless you don't work then you might be able to get help if you have a question. 100% regret giving them thousands of my non refundable dollars and weeks of my time. Do not use this school.

I graduated from the cyber program online. I found the program to be demanding and at times hard to balance it with all my other commitments, but I was expecting this in such a condensed program. I found a good job.

At Willis College, I, Nasrin, excel in Accounting and Payroll. I had an outstanding experience with my teacher, Moe, who expertly taught Soft Skills. He demonstrated great patience, knowledge, and kindness, and I truly benefited from his teaching.

If you wonder if this is a good school to learn, this is not. They are here to make money out of you. The teaching is lacking and nothing is up-to-date. The standard of any industries is not respected, and the school is in a basement of a mall. Have fun without any window for your whole tuition. The cybersecurity program is lacking the most. You would learn more in any other IT course (I would recommend any public school developer course). For most, I would HIGHLY recommend a public school over this.

The program for CAF Members is a joke. They have high teacher turnover because no one that’s decent wants to work there. Have terrible policies on remotely completing your work when it’s been done during Covid. And it’s just another poor military contract that would have been so much better done privately.

The school misleads their Cyber Security students. The college used to deliver quality education for CSAs however the content is out of date, and they have gone from a high quality model to a cookie cutter factory model. Where they push students through for a numbers game rather than a quality game. There is no reason to be teaching old skills and technology in a modern digital environment. Basically nothing you learn will be applicable today. Material is also filled with spelling mistakes, incorrect information, and tests have wrong answers. Basically until they fix their curriculum--avoid at all costs. In addition, they don't provide learning materials that you pay for.

For someone who didn’t finish high school in Canada I was afraid that I won’t be accepted into the business program. I found the admissions process easy and have learned so much since I started! My favourite part so far has been accounting.

This "College" takes advantage of individuals in tough situations and charges 15,000$ for tuition. After you get your "diploma" you will quickly realize little work places recognize Willis as a college, no other college or university will accept this transcript. Your starting salary will be barely enough to make ends meet or to pay back the money owed for the course. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THIS COLLEGE IS A SCAM
