“I ordered specifically from Wido due to next day delivery. I ordered on a Sunday so was expecting the item to arrive Tuesday. It’s now Friday and the item still hasn’t been delivered. I have had to order the item from another retailer due to the urgency of needing it next week. I have contacted Wido via their website and email and not heard back. After tracking the item the delivery company say they haven’t received the item from Wido in order to deliver it. I will be requesting a refund”

“Read the other reviews and agree with non-existent customer service, I'd enter zero if possible. Bought a patio heater 8 weeks ago, faulty from the start, they arranged to collect the item which took 6 weeks. Wido agreed to return the purchase price in full. They don't answer emails, you can't call them. Net result, they have the heater ( I have the collection note ) but no sign of the money returned. Exceptionally poor service, potentially fraudulent. Look elsewhere.”

“Brought the indoor BBQ grill at £39.99 and it's been brilliant. Only thing I can't figure out is if the grill plate itself which sits on top can go in the dishwasher at all? Otherwise , really pleased with the product.”

“Received the goods which were partly damaged, have sent repeated emails to no avail and now have to go to my credit card company for a refund. The customer service is non existent. I appreciate we are still in lockdown and harder to trade but they very easily took my money but don't seem interested in sorting the problem.”

“Have not received my item and after many emails they have finally confirmed that delivery company has lost my item. Still awaiting response to my email to confirm that I would like a replacement but only if they can guarantee a quick delivery but no response!!”

“I ordered a set of cube garden furniture at a very reasonable price after looking everywhere as sold out in most places due to the COVID19 situation. WIDO stated next day delivery. I looked at reviews after my purchase that filled me with horror and I thought have I just completely thrown my money away? I was then concerned as I didn't get an order confirmation email but what I did get was a knock at the door the very next day and my order delivered in under 24 hours! I was so impressed and the furniture is excellent, was easy to put together with full instructions and we are enjoying it on our decking overlooking the garden. So full marks to WIDO for a seamless purchase with very reasonable, excellent goods and a fulfilled next day delivery service, I am one very happy customer!”
