Hi Adrian I am so sorry that you have not received your sample. Your order was posted out on the 11th February using Royal Mail and should have been received long before now. I have asked the team to resend this out to you and will refund your charge as a gesture of goodwill. Best Regards Andy

“I ordered 2 samples 3.5 weeks ago, still not arrived. I phoned up after one week to be told 'oh.... I'll get those ordered'. I thought they were ordered! I emailed after 2 weeks and was told 'there's been a bereavement'. Does only one person work at this place? Now 3.5 weeks, no sign of my samples and no sign of a refund. If samples take this long I'm glad I didnt order sereral boards!”

“The sample never arrived On 10/02 I e-mailed to say the sample had not arrived please send another This was not acknowledged and still no sample received. Should I look elsewhere for my wall boards?”

Hi Derrick, We are sorry that you never received your sample first time round. We send all samples via Royal Mail and it was dispatched on the 4th February, so you should have received it long before the 10th February. Unfortunately, your email was not picked up on the 10th February as the person tasked with sending out the samples had been off due to a family bereavement. I will make sure that your sample is sent out again today. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Regards Andy

Hi Robert Your order was dispatched on the 4th February, the day that you ordered it. Unfortunately, no message was left with our web/warehouse team to dispatch a new sample to you from the store staff and I apologise for this. I will refund your sample cost with immediate effect. “Haven't received full delivery yet but the driver has been in touch explaining why & thankfully it's not holding up fitting. Products look good but would need to start cutting/fitting the panels to be able to assess the full picture.”

“The sample arrived quickly, however the cut on 2 of the samples shows very little of the actual design of the tile and the print looks blotchy. Im going to have to order full size samples as they are to difficult to interpret for the client”

Hi Amy We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the sample that you received. According to our system, the Dumapan Metro tile effect sample you received was the only sample order you placed and sounds like you may have mixed up samples ordered from other companies with our one. Our 99p Samples are cut to a size of around A5 at most so that they can fit into the packaging and shows the design as much as they can. With some designs, you see more of the design than others but the sample should have given you a clear indication of the design, colour and makeup of the panel. Best Regards Andy

“Check pevious reviews o have posted pn FB and trust pilot it explains the whole sorry escapade so cannot recomend ater the way my wife and myself were treated after a genuine complaint in our opinion to many problems to post and the ultimate sad part in my opinionwas to be told by Andy under Mr Odoyles instructions to conduct any more correspondence through legal arrangements once if i have spelt surname wrong going by the information i was given not questioning any employe or owners integrity or honesty just giving an honest account of proceedings in my opinion”

Billy/William, We have done everything possible to deal with this issue - following our terms and conditions, our fault procedures, and dealing with you in a polite and professional manner - you still can't deal with your complaint being dismissed after it was judged that you or your wife had damaged the panels and were not faulty as you had claimed. Your subsequent behaviour since then proves that there is no pleasing you no matter what we say or do. We told your wife that we would no longer deal with her or you due to your behaviour online - and in all honesty, it does not show you up in a good light as you attempt to discredit our business and the service that we provide. Hi Stephanie, We are pleased that you love the Metallic Aqua panels that you purchased from us. If you didn't know already, we have a wide range of luxury vinyl floor tiles that can be used in wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens. They are tongue and groove, hardwearing, and 100% waterproof. We have a wide range of styles and some that even go well with the Aqua panels. Once again thank you for your business.
