I recently told we flip, in writing, that I did not wish them to switch my energy supplier and they acknowledged receipt of my instruction in writing. Within 10 days they reneged and commenced a switch to People's Energy. Have told both Peoples Energy and We Flip that this switch is not authorised but only time will tell if they actually listen this time!

We were switched to a new company without clicking the ‘yes we are happy to switch’ button and are now paying 2 companies for our energy and having difficult fixing this issue!!!!

Easy to access and not too many questions. Who knew there were so many energy tariffs, it was a bit difficult to know which one I am currently on. Very happy to switch, totally fed up with current provider who absolve any responsibility for problems with billing etc.

Contacted with a query regarding existing energy contract ending in April. Almost immediate response from Lydia informing me that "flips" were currently being performed manually and gave me details there and then on a better deal she had found. Job done, excellent service. Thanks

I know it's a pretty much automated system, and I can stop flipping from occurring, but I'm happy to be flipped for a better price, but not if it flips me onto a completely unacceptable service provider such as "tonik". I had simply the worst customer service experience with them and have been forced to get a manual flip away from them ASAP. Another point is that as a result, I'm now left with remaining balances to pay for two providers in a short period of time... What have you got to say about your customer's experience with their new service providers?
