“I have already done this once....... We were very happy with the service, quick fairly simple and efficient. Our only concern was getting to the right carpark, I think you should look at your instructions for getting to the correct carpark you call it carpark 6 for the North Terminal but the signs don't, until you are there!”

“On the day of leaving the car,I found that the printed information was not the same as the telephone advice given to me just bfore we arrived. On the day of collection we hd to wait for nearly an hour to rceie the vehicle.”

“The booking was easy to complete on-line & any follow up concerns were dealt with professionally & quickly by the admin staff. The drop-off/pick-up of car were timed correctly to make our holiday & homeward journey painless. The cost was very reasonable especially for the time of year & the 'meet & greeter' was friendly & polite. We shall have no hesitation in using you again & will also recommend you to family & friends. Many thanks.”

“Drop off was fine although I had to wait short time for agent to collect car I phone earlier than requested but had to wait an hour for my car which I considered rather long as it was not a busy time for traffic etc”

“Appalling! A 45 minutes wait when we delivered car. Over 45 minute wait when we got back. Very poor service and driver extremely impolite, although as far as I could see she was the only driver so she was worked off her feet. On my return I arrived at airport and collected luggage and rang them. They said 10 minutes. I walked to car park. I waited 10 minutes and then saw the girl who had collected my car the previous week. I said I had been waiting ten minutes. She said the car was coming. Half an hour later I rang the ‘office’ - someone’s private house as a baby was screaming in the background. They said ‘traffic’ : it was a Sunday. I questioned the taxi drivers and they said no traffic. Then I waited another ten minutes and who should be driving the car? The girl I had seen in the car park and to whom I had spoken after initially waiting 10 minutes. She shoved the keys in my hand and muttered under her breath. Never again and I would never recommend this company to anyone.”

“phone was switched off when we first call the company but the driver was waiting for us at the point which was mentioned in confirmation email and on return they bring our car back on time so definitely will recommend them. The staff was very polite”
