“The drop off was good, I called and the gentleman was there to take my car in good time. The pick up took much longer. I was told to call 15-20 minutes before I needed my car which I did but it actually took over 30 minutes to come. I would use this company again though as everyone was very polite and helpful.”

“The service was good on my return trip to The U.K. Because I had an early flight and had to be at the airport at 4am going out, the collection service wasn't too good and I had to wait for such a while. Overall though, it was good.”

“Second time we have used this company. Cannot fault the service. I just wish they wouldn’t mess with the car seats. Whilst I understand the seat needs to be moved to accommodate the height of the driver, there is no need to adjust the back. For this reason I can only rate at four stars.”

“Staff were on time for doff and collect. The man paid my exit parking of £2 because I didn't have any change. I appreciated this but perhaps customers are told they need to pay the exit parking fee as I didn't know this was expected of me.”
