“Extremely slow shipping - took over a week to be dispatched, and when I sent an email to follow up, no response received. I was only able to get an update & help find this missing parcel when I called the parcel. Even when the item was dispatched, the shipping took over a week with NZ couriers and took 3 follow ups with nz couriers as well. Please change your shipping partner to nz post.”

“My daughter recently sent as a gift, a Zen 'Brighton' Low EMF Infrared Sauna ZIV015 - Natural. I had never even thought of buying a sauna! The unit arrived very well packaged, all 129kgs! After unpacking I assembled the unit, which was very straightforward, with all components fitting together very well. Managed to make a space in the garage as the unit's footprint is amazingly small. Then came the test! I first checked good old Google for some guidelines and my daughter sent me a link to a very interesting podcast! Now an expert 😁 on the benefits of an infrared sauna and armed with a large glass of water, I stepped into the sauna for the first time in my life. Very impressive. The heat-up is very quick. I set the temperature at 52°C for 50 mins with a start temp of about 20°C. The unit attained set temp of 52° in about 25mins. I have never sweated so much in my entire life!! Then came the cool shower and I really felt good 😊. I try and use it every night where possible. I have found sitting on a towel and placing one on the floor helps as you may be surprised how much you will sweat. I love this sauna and would highly recommend this to anyone for improved health benefits all around. Ps. My son and daughter-in-law have tried it and they will probably get one down the track too. A great gift indeed. Thanks.”

“I'm very impressed with the communication & super quick delivery, my dehydrator was very well packaged in a box within a wooden carton. I purchased the BioChef Commercial 20 Tray Digital Food Dehydrator & I'm very happy with it. I love how it is super quiet, It dehydrates quite evenly on the trays & the ability to use just the top or bottom half if you don't need to use all 20 trays is so useful.”

“Ordered the 2 person infrared sauna. Arrived at the proposed time, easy to assemble, 2 people in under 2 hours. Works as advertised, no issues. Emails were answered within 1 or 2 days.”

“Thankyou for sending me my dehydrator. I was aware it would take a while to arrive and was very happy when I received the email that it had left your storeroom. Up til then I got a little worried I may have been scammed as I don't remember seeing an email that my payment had been received - just the order was being processed. Now looking forward to using my dehydrator.”

“Vitality for Life are excellent at what they do. They have great video demos and their products are of a very high quality and built to last. I recently purchased a Apollo Vacuum blender from them and it is an awesome machine. There service was fast and I received my new blender the next day after ordering. Well done Vitality for Life.”

“I love my dehydrator, definitely great with the square trays and extra sheets added so I can do fruit wraps and dry herbs that would fall normally fall through the gaps. It's also much quieter than the sunbeam dehydrator I had, and glad to be without the noise! My only disappointment is the temperature minimum is 35 degrees, and I have seen many recommendations for drying herbs at 30 degrees, though its said that 35 is also okay. Overall, great product, prompt delivery and I would definitely recommend the product and Vitality.”
