“I also ordered a jacket from this through an instagram ad on October 31st. I never received the item and emailed them so many times asking. Never received a response and now it says their domain doesn’t exist. SCAM.”

“Scammed, same as everyone else. Ring your bank and you can get a refund of the money. You'll need to send proof of purchase. Also report urban online apparel on your email as phishing/scam and on IG/Facebook so hopefully get them caught out.”

“SCAM!!!! Ordered this over a month ago.... email saying it had been shipped, gone way past date. You click on the link to check order, link will not load. Website has disappeared and will not load. Been well and truly scammed for the first time in my life. Now time to see whether I can get my money back! Grrr”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a jacket at the start of November 2018. No item and no reply to any e mails, even though a 9-15 day delivery window was stated. Now the website doenst exsist!. Refund claim filed with credit card.”

“NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE FAKE SCAMMERS. ORDERED A NIKE JACKET ON OCTOBER 16TH, NEVER HAS TURNED UP OR HAD ANY REFUND OFFERED. I'VE MAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT NOTHING ONLY A GENERIC MAIL SAYING IT'S ON THE WAY... NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT USE THESE ROBBING GITS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.”

“The same as everybody else ordered two Nike windbreakers Oct 20 an I’m still waiting. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Should not be allowed to still be advertising I believe if you paid by visa debit you can get money back through bank.”

“As everyone else here has said... It is a fraudulent company, you will not receive your clothing and they will not reply to you. The website has been taken down now. anyone who has lost money from this just go to your bank and tell them what happened. They will refund you the money immediately and then can file an appeal and if the company doesn't respond after 75 days they will take the money back from the bank that originally funded the company.”
