“I purchased a jacket that was supposed to be shipped in january 2024 (I purchased it in September 2023). Now we’re 6 months later and nothing. I left a comment on one of their posts on instagram asking about my order and they blocked me. CAN YOU IMAGINE ?
I hope I’ll receive this jacket i paid 400$ for.
I will NEVER buy from this brand again. NEVER.

“Need Advise! This company sent me a jacket and the sizing was faulty but they wouldn’t admit to it so I told me my only option was a credit note. I reluctantly used it hoping nothing bad would happen again. It wasn’t listed as a pre sale item so I wasn’t expecting a long wait. After a couple of weeks in , I emailed asking for an update - they said it will start shipping next week. Then another week went by , nothing - emailed again - the same generic response. Here i am since February with nothing and down $300! How do I get my money back ? Can anyone help?”
“I am a very loyal customer & spend thousands of dollars every year with these guys. One year i waited for up to 5 months for a festival jacket & missed all of the festivals. This yr i ordered early, late Jan & yep you guessed it, still waiting & we are in April. Each time you contact them they give you the biggest BS answers that make no sense. I run a preloved/consignment store & i couldnt believe how well CU is selling but the feedback is THE PEOPLE ARE FED UP WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES, OUT OF THIS WORLD PRICES, HAVING A NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY (& its very much hit & miss with your products) it is also highly ILLEGAL to not have a refund policy. I dont think people are aware of this fact but ITS ILLEGAL TO NOT REFUND. You have an amazing product CU but your customer service (or lack off) prices & down right ignorance & lack of respect for loyal customers is definitely going to be your undoing”

so I messaged Sarah through paypal at first I was pretty angry … but she was kind and really lovely to deal with.
She explained to me that preorder pieces were made by hand and took time because they are Not mass produced.
She was so grateful that I spoke to her directly instead of just writing another bad review that she sent me a shell belt with my order!
I received my dress and my belt today.
Both are stunning and exceptional quality.
I shop alot online , and am always looking for unique styles.
Chasing Unicorns is now on my favourites list! Not only for their stunning designs but for their ethics .

“I have STOPPED buying from CHASING UNICORNS the owner SARAH is a blow in pretending to be a BYRON BAY local, she is a liar and a scammer I have had issues with this brand and received refunds via taking it all the way. I urge anyone to be very careful their latest emails on the website show models who look dirty and like they are off with the fairies on drugs, the clothes are not the right sizing this is why....she had ZERO, NO, training in fashion design, she is illegally selling clothes on her site give it time KARMA is coming, I am shocked that SPELL backs this non-legit company!!! be VERY careful of this lady.....Google her picks on how dirty her behaviour is and the lies of the quality in clothing!!! I tried and now avoid!!

“If I could do less I would. Do not buy from them. Sizing is so out it’s not even usable, the customer service is like a slap in the face and I waited 8 months for a dress. Asked for a refund and they said they don’t do refunds. Not even if they take your money and don’t communicate for months. It looks good in photos it it’s not great fitting and you will beging to think nothing will ever show up. Definitely not worth the money or time”

I ordered a Medium which is usually a 12 Australian but what I got looks more like a 16. It also looks very different from the photos. Anyway one lives and learns - never again!!!”
“I have ordered thousands of dollars worth where in some instances it took them 9 months to deliver items. If you don’t track the items you’ll never get them. I’m convinced there is something very wrong here! Also since end of last year it looks like they are buying and reselling vintage clothes. “I ordered a dress that was very expensive. I am aware of policy but waited months for my dress, well beyond the estimated date. . I needed to promote company for all estimated due dates/updates and now after waiting such a long long time the company are hiding beyond a policy they abused and are refusing to give me a refund. To rub salt into wound chasing unicorns emails refusing refund sign of with a xx (kiss) this is my third item from this company.
